Not a dream

"Ahhhhnnnnn" A moan escaped jian ling's mouth as he was awoken by the scorching sun burning his face. He struggled to open his eyes and then tried to get up only to fall back to the bed. His body was obviously over exhausted which made movement hard for him.

Being left with no other choice he had to lay on the bed till at least his body acquired a bit of strength. He took this time to look around only to discover that he was in an unfamiliar room.

"It wasn't a dream" Jian ling muttered under his breath, He thought that happenings of yesterday was nothing but a fleeting dream. He still couldn't wrap his head on the sudden happenings of yesterday.

'What sought of dog shit luck is that' He thought inwardly. He wasn't a dumb one so he could summaries that yesterday happenings was a fortunous encounter which made his heart beat loudly in a rhyme of joy.

Another thing that made him really happy was that from the happenings of yesterday, he could infer that this tower had a link to his true origins and so it might be a means for him to meet his biological parent.

Nothing feeled him with joy more than this as he felt he might finnaly have a chance to have a family who loves and care for him. But still another part if him was scared, scared that his biological parents might have abandoned him purposely and didn't want him. If that should happen, he might really get completly broken and turn into an emotionless cultivation.

The residue effect of the state his previous family actions put him to was still lingering in him and even now, feeling emotions was quite a big deal for him.

After little bit of thinking, Jian Ling decided to throw all the thought behind him and get up as he could already feel a bit of strength in his previously dried muscles. Jus as he was getting up, A creak sound invaded the room from the door as the door was slowly being open. A young girl poked her head from behind the door and started staring as jian ling, as jian ling stared back, she immediately withdrew her head and all that was left was the clapping sound of her foot wears hitting the ground as she ran away.

Jian ling was left in a speechless state as he didn't understand while she was running away. He touched his face to see whether there was anything wrong with it but saw nothing.

Having nothing more to do, he decide to get up and go see what's outside himself. He proceeded to get off the bed and walked towards the door. As he opened the door, He was greeted by the sight of a pretty lady right at the front of the door, staring directly into his eyes.

"Hi" The gorgeous lady said as she used her eye to scan jian ling from head to toe.
