"Repeat to her what you told me," an Arbore operative said to a young girl, around the age of six. She was in a fugue state between shock and fear, her expression transforming between pained and emotionless at the press of a button.
"In my dream a zombie mom came home and grabbed dad in her strong zombie arms and carried her away," the girl said caught in the uncertainty of was it a dream or not. Her brain refusing to let the pain come through. Nelly felt quite poor for the child, but this was a necessary step to make sure she wasn't under the powers of a vampire.
"Thank you for sharing your dream with me. This woman here will help you find a good place to sleep without those bad dreams." Nelly said and motioned towards a woman from protective services. The operative echoed the sentiment as the safe adult the child had latched on.
