Bleach : Human Immortal

A loner College Graduate struggles to find Job. The only things that motivates him were watching anime, at least in that world he could imagine himself as the protagonist or some of the characters he like. Growing up, he suffered bullying a lot in school until he graduated. This didn't made him a sissy, but in fact made him not very interested in anything involving conflicts. He hates arguments, politics, and anything complicated. In short he's a straight guy, if he says he likes it then he likes it. If he says he doesn't care then he really don't. Suddenly dying of unknown cause? Can't say he doesn't like it and can't say he don't. Being reborn? He likes it since he's like a protagonist in an anime. But he's definitely annoyed since he's still on earth! Why can't he be sent to another world? Little did he know the changes it would bring once he finds out he's in fact in the world of Bleach. Disclaimer: I do not own bleach, all rights belong to it respective author. This is my second time writing a fan fiction. I loved reading fan fiction stories, sadly a lot of them are dropped or on hiatus while the good ones are still ongoing. I know I'm still a novice but hey, I think everyone is free to try if they can right? Important Note: I will take my time writing so this will be a slow paced story. Just a heads up since my first fanfic was fast paced. My standard words per chapter will be 1500 or more but not less. Also since writing isn't my main job I don't have a fix schedule or fix number of chapters to publish. I will post a chapter or two only when I am absolutely sure about it. And finally, I don't have an editor and English is like my second language. Mistakes are unavoidable for someone like me, I ain't perfect. Updated Cover from google again. If you are the owner let me know if you don't want me to use it. That's it for now, peace out.

8 Coincidence or predetermined fate

After his grandfather's death. Yon didn't go back to Karakura Town immediately and still spent his time training in the mountains. His grandfather already explained everything to him.

Despite his reluctance, he was powerless to accept the truth about his grandfather dying due to old age. He did have a plan to open some of Chouji's meridians, but he was unaware that he lacked time.

Even after he explained to his grandfather that he might be able to extend his life span. Chouji simply appreciated Yon's effort and denied him doing anything. He was told to study about it very carefully so he can do it to his future family.

All he needs to do now is go back to Karakura Town when he wants to or if he was satisfied with his training. He was also instructed to attend the exorcist academy and that everything was already arranged. And that he will be adopted to the Kurosaki family.

Whether you call it fate or coincidence. Yon would have never thought that his revenge would come knocking to him one day.

He was still in the process of moving on from his grandfather's death. Although Chouji was not really his grandfather but the body's, they've became close enough for him to recognize him as one. Yon has also already assumed his identity as Tokisawa Yon and no longer Kevin.

While Yon was having dinner, 5 Men in a black shihakusho were patrolling the area where his parents died.

"Why do we keep coming back to this area every year on the same night and do nothing but observe?" complained one of the men who looked to be the youngest of the group.

"Yeah, it has already been 10 years since you guys encountered other beings here. I bet they have already move far away from here and will probably never come back in this place again." Added another but the other three wasn't even bothered.

"The culprit always comes back to the scene of the crime. Besides we know they did come back when there were two tombstones nearby erected, that woman and his husband must have kicked the bucket already." Chuckled one of the three who appeared to be seniors of the first two.

"Shall we go to that house they abandoned so we can at least rest comfortably?" asked the second of the three.

"We will scan the surroundings first until we reach the house." Commanded the last one who appears to have only one hand.

These 5 men were part of the 12th Division who were responsible within the area. There were only 3 of them before but after the incident report 10 years ago 2 more were added. They were instructed to bring evidence about their report of beings calling themselves exorcists.

They have been coming back to this area once a year ever since. They would investigate the area for days or a week. Ever since they did, they have located the house where Yon was right now. And Yon was not in a good mood.

When Yon was born, he and Chouji didn't live on this area but would visit the grave Chouji erected for his parents. Not once have they crossed paths with these five Shinigami. If you're going to ask why, then let me ask you why would Chouji bring Yon here on his birthday?

Yes. The day these five Shinigami started visiting the area was precisely on the very same day Yon was born. Which is also why Yon is not on a good mood.

It's his birthday but no one was around to celebrate it with him. Not because he wasn't loved. He knows how much his parents love him and even his grandfather. It's just because they can't celebrate with him, not anymore.

In his parent's tombstones there were five individuals observing the new mound of dirt where a wood plank instead of cement was erected on top.

But this wooden plank has some words carved in it that reads: "Here lies a strong and young grandfather, Tokisawa Chouji."

"Hmmmmn, it looks like the one that ran away that time has passed away too." Commented one of the seniors.

"Yeah and based on what's written on the plank he left behind a grandkid. It must be the baby that woman was carrying." Says the onehanded senior with a hint of anger while clutching his severed limb.

"Quickly, let's search the abandoned house if there's someone inside." He commanded immediately.

The others responded to his command and quickly took off to the house's direction.

Meanwhile inside the house, Yon was currently washing the dishes. He was taking his time while thinking a lot of things. He didn't cultivate all day because of his mood.

Although he was used being a loner, having a grandfather who focused his time on him changed that. He made friends with someone he only watched back in an anime Ichigo, Tatsuki and Orihime. Although just a bit on that last one since only the first two were taking karate with him.

He was able to have powers he could have only imagined back on his original home. Who would have thought that he would one day wield it?

Yet somehow, the only family he has passed away and he couldn't do anything about it. Even though he had an idea on what to do and the power to do it. He was still powerless about it. So no, he wasn't in a very good mood.

Knock knock knock

"Is there anyone in there?" asked a male voice. Yon's attention was immediately caught, and he used spirit sense as fast as he could to assess the situation.

What he saw outside ignited something inside him he almost lost control of himself. 'Shinigami!!!' Anger obviously apparent on his face by the thought.

He held it all in with great effort and let out a breath. Slowly calming himself down. He activated his martial talent space concealment.

Not a trace of him could be seen or felt. He wasn't just invisible, it's as if he wasn't there at all hence the name.

Hearing no one answer to their call, the Soul Reapers opened the door to the house but didn't assume that there really wasn't anyone inside. They weren't born yesterday.

What's more was that the house clearly doesn't look like it's empty judging by the candlelight that was lit and the dishes that was halfway washed.

"Spread out and search every room in the house. Whoever was washing the dishes mustn't have left yet." Commanded the onehanded Shinigami. The rest nodded and they all took off in different direction to scan the house completely.

Yon who was still standing watched this all happen in front of him as he waited for the most opportune moment. Although he wasn't aware that they were the one responsible for his parent's death, the mere fact that they were soul reapers was enough to rile up Yon's emotion.

Once the others were no longer around Yon's thought was working in full capacity on how to kill these heartless villains.

Judging by how much reiryoku felt coming from them. Two seems weaker than the other three. But not one of them wore anything that would distinguish them as a captain or a lieutenant.

Compared to the first soul reapers he first encountered when he first came to this world. These batch were stronger but not to the point where he can't fight them.

Not when Yon's strength itself was already comparable to that of a seated officer from the 6th to the 2nd seat. He first planned on how to deal with them fast before they regroup back together. An idea did pop up in Yon's mind and immediately put it into action.

The onehanded Shinigami felt a danger behind him and immediately pulled out his Zanpakuto. He turned and slashed only to be bitten on his head before his sword could come down.

The headless body twitched before falling to the floor as blood splurted out. 'One down, 4 to go' Yon counted inside his head without bothering to look at the body on the floor that was slowly dispersing into reishi particles.

He went to the direction of one of the weakest Shinigami he felt and commanded the basilisk to head for the other one. The basilisk complied immediately and started slithering to the other one's direction.

It was also the basilisk that bit off the head of the onehanded Shinigami who was only an ordinary Shinigami and not a seated officer. Yon's familiars were all in the peak of 10th Houtian realm. Even if the basilisk didn't have cultivation, a normal Shinigami would still have trouble taking care of it.

It was now time for the Soul Reapers to head back, so the one Yon was targeting was already on his way. Using spirit sense and space concealment Yon waited on a corner for his target while holding a spirit sword tightly.

Once the soul reaper appeared, with great speed using zone Yon decapitated the powerless Shinigami. The head flew with an expression unaware how he suddenly died. No kendo technique or anything that Chouji taught him was used. 'They don't deserve to die that way'

The other one didn't fare better as his head was first chomped by the basilisk from top. Tasting the Shinigami from his mouth was tasty the basilisk went ahead and ate the whole body.

If a giant snake could make an expression, it would be an expression of someone who tasted something delicious for the first time.

The other two senior Shinigami were already back to where the onehanded Shinigami was supposed to be. However, what lies before them was a headless corpse of their leader slowly dissipating in the air into reishi particles.

The two immediately became vigilant their sword has long been pulled out as their backs faced each other.

"What do we do? The other two must be in danger right now. Do we help them?" asked one of them.

"We should retreat immediately. The other party was able to kill the leader effortlessly. Whoever it is must still be occupied killing the other two." Answered the other. Both nodded their heads and immediately ran out of the house and abandoned their juniors in Yon's hands.

Yon could obviously sense them went out of his house and concluded they must not make it back. Even if they disappeared as long as no one reported about it, then soul society might not send out stronger ones next time.

Yon went out of the house and summoned wyvern.

"Catch the other one and restrain him. I need the soul alive." Commanded Yon to which the wyvern seems to have understood and took off to the direction where the soul reapers ran to.

Yon hitch a ride on top of his summon intending to kill the other. 'I only need one for interrogation.' His face clearly showing a hint of anger and resentment. 'How could such weaklings kill my parents! If it wasn't for the fact that my mother had just delivered me, she alone would have been enough to defeat them all. What did my father even do! Damn it.!'

Yon wasn't wrong there. Indeed because of what Mei just went through she couldn't muster any strength to summon any of her familiars. If she knew they would be attacked, she could've summoned them from the start before he gave birth to Yon.

'What was father identity anyway. Grandfather didn't mention anything besides the fact that he was able to cut off a shinigami's arm'

As if a puzzle has just been put together inside Yon's head. His riatsu erupted with pure malice. They were the the same people that attacked his parents!

The two Shinigami ran as fast as they could not wanting to die just like their companion. By this time, they felt something press them down coming from where they were running away from.

They slowed down, not on purpose. A riatsu emanating from a distance was bearing them down. Yon was no longer on top of wyvern but on top of a spirit sword that was dashing in extreme speed upon realizing these were the ones responsible why he doesn't have parents.

Volume 2: Exorcist Arc

Just a heads up, if you're saying that you don't like the part where there's often a cultivation term, then i'm afraid to disappoint you. One of the tags of this story is cultivation after all.

But still, I hope you still enjoyed my work :)
