05 First Task

Opening the door of Naruto's private ward , The hot nurse from the morning came in . However , unlike the usual beautiful expression her face was covered in cold sweat while her legs kept shaking frequently. The motherly love from the morning has all disappeared but looking at the child laying on stretchers a mixture of fear and disgust passed through her eyes .

The bottle hit his knee joint with the bottom surface as some bruise marks appear on his half naked body . Naruto gasped in pain feeling the sore feeling in his body .

Suddenly , Naruto's face full of painful expression turned cold . How in the world is he expected to be fed without the support of others when as a newborn he can't even raise his hand to hold out the bottle ??? Aggrieved, Naruto tried to reach out to the bottle but found out that the hand can only be barely raised. A baby who was just born a day ago, how could he raise his hands and feet by himself, now he can't even raise his neck.

Uzumaki Naruto almost didn't cry but as a normal ordinary person the day before he will only hold this injustice in his heart. But still he has never feel so useless in his life . That's right Useless , despite having the soul of an adult his current body is incapable of following his commands making feel the life of a crippled person .

However , the stomach fasting for a day began to scream again but there was no one in the room to help him out . Naruto didn't wants to ask for the help of others but tried to be more self-reliant for the future . Since his hands and feets are incapable of listening to him , he will move his head around .

Although he can't raise his head like his hand but can turn it around after a little hard work . Fortunately , the bottle has rolled out to the left of his head and after a little effort the nipple can be put in his mouth but there was an extra cap on top of the milk bottle, Naruto didn't even get to suck a few mouthfuls of milk , helplessly he called out the system

" System!! "

Naruto didn't asked system again but keep looking at the ceiling with grief and not long after that a laughter uglier than crying was heard in the room .

" Minato , you really didn't expect that your child is going to starve to death right?? , hahahahah"

" Why will the system hang up on a time like this ?? There is not a single person who wanted to get close to me then where can I find a woman who also loves me and fed me some food , and still in a mere 24 hours " Naruto can't help but curse in a sarcastic tone . If only he can get access to the internet he just wants to ask two important questions , One how to not feel hungry after not eating anything and Two, how to enslave a fucking system?? In the end he can only looks at the ceiling in daze for the whole night .

It was only early in the morning when a sudden sound of opening the door brought Naruto back from his daze . Although awake , his eyes are red from the sleepiness. The stomach is screaming in frustration while the throat is dried up in the lack of liquid substance in his body . Even keeping his eyelashes open is consuming his energy at a tremendous rate. Unknowingly he tried to look for the figure but because of dizziness in his mind he can't 'see' the figure accurately.

" It must be hiruzen, right ?? . You old donkey really forgot about me . Look at me , this little grandpa is going to starve to death because of your flawed brainwashing ... Shit !! even the roof is leaking " Naruto was about to curse Sarutobi Hiruzen to his death but a few streams of warm water ran down his face. Thinking of the roof leakage , he can't help but have a murderous aura towards the Third Hokage . He didn't give Naruto a decent room but swallow all his money . Really too much .

As for Hiruzen crying over Naruto's poor situation, what is this a Joke ?? That guy won't even shed a tear over his wife's corpse and what relation Naruto have with him?? At most the sympathy he will show is like :

" Hey kid , I am an old man and I want your food. Don't worry i have tons of money stolen from your family but i am not going to pay you any penny "

Thinking of the kind and merciful smile that holds the darkest desires of the Konoha village , Naruto snorted coldly . It is really too cheap for this old thing to die as a hero in Orichimaru's hands .

A nearby soft cry made Naruto frown , but he can't think of anybody at this time who is kind enough to him.

" Naruto ..... he is so weak.." Mikoto can't help but complain to Uchiha fukagu who came to visit their nephew . And it was only possible after requesting the konoha major Clans and upper level for a whole day and night.

" Look he is almost going to faint from hunger . Is this how they treat the son of the fourth Hokage , the saviour of the village ?? Let him fed by himself , can his small hands hold this big bottle ?? Huh , this bottle is also capped. Damn it .." Mikoto said angrily as streams of tears kept coming down from her eyes.

She hurriedly took Naruto in her embrace and without a moment of delay a new fresh milk bottle was brought closer to his mouth

" Mikoto , control your emotions..." Fugaku said helplessly.

Although he is also aggrieved at the death of Minato and Kushina . Minato was one of his very few friends & admired junior outside Uchiha clan , and Kushina was his wife's best friend, so he always treated her as his younger sister . But now his family is the suspect of their death , even the permission they got from 3rd hokage was only to watch Naruto from the far side. Yeah! and it was right , this baby was really going to starve to death.

"sigh*...." Fugaku took a heavy sigh.

" Fukagu... let's adopt Naruto , i will really take care of him ... please just for this one"

" No we can't , a sasuke at this age is more than enough..." Fugaku said with a stone in his heart.

At this moment , Naruto who finally realised the group of speakers was gobbling milk like a starving ghost. But , before he can rejoice in the warm embrace , fugaku's word pierced like a needle in his heart .

Till the couple left , Mikoto had a look of reluctance on her face but Naruto had a new understanding of his 'uncle'.After all he knew , second hokage Senju Tobirama' s outlook of Uchiha :

' A good Uchiha is a dead Uchiha '

and if the couple really adopt him , what would he be called 'Uchiha Naruto'??

As a loyal follower of Tobirama , Sarutobi Hiruzen will really not let him live like this. Either he will be completely solved or will be taken for absolute brainwashing in roots and who knew if with the countless ninjutsu and sealing techniques they can achieve Kotoamatsukami like effect on a single person.So , Fugaku's approach is pretty most likely to cut off their relationship at start, to ensure his safety.
