"Well now we know why you're in such a weakened state," Glynda said with a soft sigh, her shoulders shrugging.

"Yes, that foul beast is latched on to my magic once again and is draining it."

"Shall we get you back up to speed?"

"Please I'm tired of being unable to move."

"Dwyera, what are you going to do about the drain? even if we kick start your magic that, thing will just drain it again."

"I'll have to try to separate my magic from its magic again, hopefully I can before it gets too strong. For now I'd like to be able to move again."

My only chance against the beast is to create a pool of magic separate from my own, as it that beast is attached to me; As it has always been.

I cannot allow the beast to do as it pleases, I have too much at stake.
