Chapter 49
“Lt. Donald Russo, Hamilton police.” He showed his face to the camera.
“Ronald Richards, FBI.” He flashed his badge.
“They really do that, the badge thing?” Brian asked, surprising Bear from behind him. Tom smirked. Brian is as full of sass as they say he is.
“No, they made it like TV just for you,” Jim sniped. Brian went back to the table and punched him in the arm.
A Chevy Suburban pulled into the driveway followed by a Hamilton patrol car and a second Suburban. Both of the Suburbans were black.
Jim looked out the window. “Talk about broadcasting who they are, they might as well drive black and whites like the cops.”
