“Usually it would take six months or more but since this involved defrauding a minor and child abuse, I’m sure that Jake Cohen can get a friendly judge to move it up on his calendar. Does Stotlemeyer know any federal judges? Being a cop in Trenton, I’ve had experience with both social security fraud and evictions. These things take time, even with Stotlemeyer’s help and Jake’s expertise.”

“I’m sure he does. He can’t talk to the judge but he can speak to the Federal DA,” Gary said.

“It will be a shorter road to recover the funds from the will and the property. We should talk to Robbie and see what he wants to do. The bastard may try to book, but fraud can be proved by providing the police with a copy of the will. With his criminal record, they may refuse them bail, especially with federal charges pending. Jake is taking care of it,” Tom said.
