Chapter 99 Blushing

Yesterday, before Hu'er slept, Jia Ting talked to her. He updated her with everything that happened throughout those ten days.

On the first day, they met two big wild animals fighting each other. They waited until one was killed before killing the other one. Went to a nearby tribe and traded some of their things.

Next, on the second day, they spent their whole day in the forest. They healed those who were wounded and harvested some herbs and other fruits.

By the third day, they got to a tribe by midday. Traded some things and food they didn't want and bought. They slept there too.

On the fourth day, they set off after eating. Got into the forest and spent their whole day walking to get to another tribe. But it was too dark already so they decided to sleep in the forest. In the middle of their sleep, one adult wild animal attacked them. The wild animal is in heat and irritated.

The one who got sneak attacked got wounded, it was three beastman that were heavily injured. If Qiang Li and Jia Ting didn't act immediately, four beastman near the three would have been wounded too. But it was immediately solved.

Fifth day, they set off to another tribe and stayed there until the sixth day. They just rested and healed themselves

Sixth day, they traded with the tribe they are in. Still stayed there to wait for the next day.

Seventh day, before the sun could even rise, they set off. Spent their whole day in the forest. They didn't rush so the wounded could rest in between the walk. Others are also harvesting some other things they could see in the forest.

Eighth day, they found a wild bamboo on the way to go to another tribe. Then, traded with the tribe they got in. After trading, they used their time to prepare and arrange the things they had before going to the forest. They slept there.

Ninth day, they went straight to the Panda Tribe. Before they could arrive. Four adult animals are fighting wildly. They got their attention. Instead of fighting themselves the wild animal targeted them. They fought them until night.

Three wild animals were already dead when Sheep Beastmen came to help them. Five of them got serious injuries. Five traders who were injured including Yun He and Qiang Li, who was going to heal and guard them,  went to Sheep Beastmen to heal themselves and the rest still stayed with their path and went to Panda Tribe to trade.

On the tenth day, they all rushed home before sunrise. The five who were seriously injured were still fine. Yun He made sure that they would be fine to go back. But Jiu Hu and the rest of the physicians still went to check them all after they ate. They are indeed fine.

Jia Ting took note that Ji Teng would often feel tired. Yun He would immediately give him water or food. Jia Ting made sure that Ji Teng would move too excessively.

This confirmed that Hu'er could still really 'foretell'.

Anyway, today everyone is now working. Hu'er didn't have any lessons. The Old Lady miraculously got pregnant. It's only been eight days since they transferred to their new home. It should be the first or second day when something happened that made the Old Lady pregnant.

Females will have this feeling and know that they are pregnant once the cub is already five days in their tummy. It is a blood connection. They would feel that something in their body changed. Meanwhile, the father of the cub will know if he is the Daddy when it's fifteen days already.

They are now nervous and made sure the Old Lady won't walk or do anything. They even blame themselves for what happened.

Another matter is that the Tribe Leader would soon step down and give the title to his son. Next season, the Tribe Leader will officially become an elder and let his son do his thing. He just wants to spend his time with his mate.

To be honest, Hu'er didn't think her Old Grandmom was in danger of being pregnant. Her Daddies would always check her Old Grandma's pulse. The result was always healthy.

As far as she knows, the Old Lady is forty-eight whole seasons old. She has seen a fifty-two female get pregnant, that's the Old female from the west. That old female is even jumping around and picking on her.

Anyway, two of her Daddies are now going to live in a guest house near the Old Lady's house. Old Grandma would be protected by everyone.

In the end, Hu'er can't help but think, 'Back then… Did I make Old Grandma too healthy by letting her eat fruits while the lessons are going on?'

"Hu'er?" Jiu Lin knocked on the door.

"Eh? It's midday now?" Hu'er looked at the window. The sun is shining brightly up above the sky.

"Yes." Jiu Lin went near her and sat down. He then closed his eyes.

Hu'er didn't speak anymore. She knew that Jiu Lin wanted to have a nap. Hu'er looks at the door. Xin Hua just came in.

Hu'er signaled him to not speak and pointed at Jiu Lin. He nodded and smiled at her before sitting down to take a nap too.

'Seems like everyone didn't sleep well.' It's all because they were too happy counting the things they got from the trade.

Every midday Jiu Lin, and Xin Hua will rest and go to her. They are helping them build small houses for the students.

Ke Rin will also rest downstairs. Sometimes he will go up to accompany her. But since there is only a small amount of people at home, he will be guarding downstairs.

Shun Su also has a midday rest. He will just have a small rest at the Tribe Leader's house, the one in the middle of the tribe, not the new one.

Song Li is also busy weaving in the fabric house that was just made fifteen days ago. Same with everyone, he also has a rest. 

Someone will make sure that Shun Su, Song Li, and Ke Rin are resting. It is Min He. Min He just resigned from his position and became the supervisor of their family. Back when he hasn't resigned it will be random Daddies of Hu'er.

Hu'er who was bored didn't know what to do. The two were sleeping and couldn't entertain her. Hu'er looked around and saw the things she prepared three days ago. Her eyes shine. She now knows what to do. 'Painting!'
