After all I got to go home , i sighed as the winter breeze touched me . it was indeed a hectic day yet here I am smiling .

Is it because of him ?

I asked my self but then I shook my head in disbelief but still smiling on nothing like an idiot .

Heading home I walked out of the hospital to the parking lot , getting into my car I sped off .

After 45 mins of driving I reached home , on my way home the flashbacks of last surgery kept coming , emersed in my thoughts I wondered -

"who that guy could be ? he was so heavily guarded like the president of the country and he had no relatives , the one who came was his butler "

Though it seems to be odd yet I let go of these thought as i remembered his breathtaking eyes , I guess he possessed the most beautiful eyes in the world and a fade smile invaded my dizzy mind and face

muttered under my breath . and smiled wide and blushing like idiots for no reason .

NEXT DAY

I reached hospital and walked to the patients ward where sister Alby and other nurses were , she handed me the reports and I started checking

" So how's Mr. Ryde "

my gaze fixed to the reports

" His hematoma appears to have expanded a bit "

she smiled a little and replied

" Tt's not late do the UK irrigation every 6 hours " I smiled back .

it's one of my Habit now to call people by there surname so I just smiled at her and turned towards the reports

I said casually as I operated 5 VVIP patients yesterday .

i knew that she was talking about Zayn but I continued pretending not interested because I know once I showed interest this friend of mine will do anything to bring us close by using her silly tricks .

I said with a ' now I remember look ' with a straight face .

" He's gone along with those godly creature's "

she pouted again with her stars diminishing .

" When ? I told him to be in our supervision for 10 days "

giving inquisitive look I said .

" Early morning about 4 am , doctor James told me to inform you about this also they asked you to check on him personally at his home for a month "

she said in a naughty tone handing me a royal black card and winked .

" Doctor Collin I'm a doctor and not a delivery girl "

I said with an annoyed look .

" If he wants to get treated he should come here because my answer to his request is clear NO "

pretending to be least bothered but in reality somewhere inside me I wanted to know more about him .

" But ya if you want , you can take this offer "

I said with a straight face , like it's nothing .

" Siren have u lost it ! they are offering triple the amount of our basic salary "

she said it like she was telling me the secret of Cleopatra's hidden treasure .

I told her and my side lips curved up a little when I heard her , she started whining like a little grumpy kid .

" ....... But you need to grow up a little , till when are you planning to live in your nutshell "

" This sister of yours is offering you something that you will regret if you won't accept it now "

she started lecturing me like a mother and I turned .

though some part of me was eager to accept the proposal because I wanted to see Zayn but my mind said otherwise .
