Just as Melissa had planned, Lucas was once more cleaning the mess that Emerald had left behind. She heard when Colin came to see Emerald, and also when she was summoned by Rasmus. This was the plan; now Lucas can tell her exactly where they are so she will try to communicate with Adel or Anastasia.

"It was a mess miss, the smell of burnt flesh, was too overpowering. But sir Colin sent me to clean you once more. How are you holding on?" the young boy asked.

"I'm tired" Melissa answered, almost inaudible, she had screamed so much, and Emerald had gagged her throat was sore. Even though every wound healed faster than any average vampire that didn't meant that it wasn't painful. Her body wasn't keeping up with her fast-healing process. "Tell me now where we are?" Melissa asked the kid while he was cleaning the floor, as the young boy was cleaning, he started telling them their location and describing everything around them.
