chapter 2

sharon did his usual routines before heading to his mother's house,his car entered through the big gates as he came out;the guards rushed to him immediately.

"young master",one of the guards said as he collected the key before leading him towards the door;sharon scoffed before entering.

he smiled when he saw his mother watching listening to one of his songs on TV,"i am back now";mrs leexander rushed to her son as she hugged him tightly kissing his cheek.

"did you miss me that much",Sharon teased as his mother released him;she pulled him to the couch before making him sit.

"now that you are here,i can't wait for you to see your bride",sharon's rage bursted out as he looked at his mother;"i told you that i don't want to get married".he said before standing to leave when she held his wrist,"can you do this for me,you know about my health";sharon nodded before looking back at her.

"i would do as you have said,mother",mrs leexander immediately released a sigh which she had been holding for quite a long time;sharon looked at her smiley face before looking up.

he was going to get married,was he really going to love again;never.

he would make sure of that.

Myra opened her book as she did her assignment when her aunt came into the room,"aunt Bella,i didn't know that you are back";myra said as she came down from the bed.

she was listening to music and didn't realize her aunt's presence,aunt bella looked at her for a while before dropping the bombshell;"you will be getting engaged,Myra".

her lips parted as she looked at her aunt,"i am still young aunty,i don't want to";she clamped her lips together when she saw her aunt's angry face.

"you are going to be eighteen,you are not small",aunt bella reasoned;myra didn't say a word.it was true that she was turning eighteen very soon but she wanted to enjoy her youth for sometime and not get married to someone she didn't know or love,"you will follow me,no matter what if you like it or not";aunt bella completed her sentence before slamming the door shut.

Myra sat on the edge of the bed as she was in deep thought,she would have to negotiate with this man;she would never give him her innocence without love.

he phone rang and she picked it up with smiles on her face,"hello myra,thought you wouldn't pick my calls";henry said.

Myra giggled before replying,"i was busy with my aunt just seeing your missed calls";henry understood the relationship between the two and didn't ask about it anymore.

yeah,Henry was her boyfriend for two months;they were planning to get engaged after their college but seems the plan has changed.

she didn't know if she could tell it to henry but she decided to let it go,if she saw the guy then she would know how to solve it;she thought.

"can we spend some time this weekend",he asked and myra quickly agreeto it;she would never say no to this.henry felt happy when she accepted,"i can't wait see you then,i love you",Myra blushed as she muttered shyly;"i love you too".

she quickly finished her assignment and dozed off,tomorrow was another day and she couldn't wait.

micheal faced his sister as he held her hand,"why do you keep letting them bully you,stand out for yourself";Michelle kept cleaning her tears but it kept pouring out.

"i am sorry brother,i couldn't do it",she hugged him as she sobbed in his arms;Michael gritted his teeth.

was it because they were poor that they think they could bully just anyone,he would prove to them but his sister wanted to keep a low profile while at school;he sighed before hugging and kissing her cheek.

he laid her gently on the bed when he felt her breathing heavily,he walked out of the room before taking his jacket;he looked at the room once more before going out of the house.

he walked to a stall before buying the hairpin,his sister would gushed over;he was sure that she would leap for joy when she sees it.

after paying he had it wrapped up before walking back to their apartment,he locked the door before going to his room to sleep.
