how are you related to him?

In the previous chapter, we read that Kashif was walking by himself when he saw someone walking across the road. He summoned him but he didn't answer. Seeing this Kashif walked toward him and when he got closer he noticed that it was a ten-year-old boy he came close to him he saw that kid was walking dizzily and in a minute he got fainted. Kashif caught him just in time before he fell to the floor. He rushed him to the hospital and handed him over to the doctors. Then he sat on benches quietly. He didn't know what to do then after a while the doctors came out. Kashif stopped the doctor and asked:

Kashif: How is the kid?

Doctor: First of all tell me how are you related to him? I mean are you his brother?

Kashif: No Sir! Pardon me I just found him across the road unconscious so I brought him here!

Doctor: It's kind of you! The kid fainted because of low blood pressure and low sugar. So in this case to find his relatives we have to inform the authorities.

Kashif: Ok sir! As you please, now can I meet the kid?

Doctor: Yes you can meet him, now if you will excuse me?

Kashif: Yes sir! But before you leave can you give me a favor?
