"Urgh...?". - Suddenly, my eyes opened and a scene of many people inside the helicopter appeared before my eyes

Looking at them for a while with my confusion, my brain finally realizes something. Honestly, I was a bit tired earlier so I slept. Last night, 'cause of thinking about saving Reimi too much so it stressed my brain.

And now I just had napped during the flight. However... seems like the DH - 1 Helicopter is now flying in another area. Although I'm not sitting at the heli's door, but I can see a bit by tilting my head toward the door.

From my view, a forest scene is spreading before my eyes, from the door of the chopper. Pvt. Gubi and Lt. Rivia, who are sitting on both sides of the heli's doors, are watching things below. Inside the chopper, everyone is so silent.

"John... you fell asleep?". - A woman's voice called me on the left side, that was my wife's voice

I look at her, see her holding my hand tightly. Shera seems to be also nervous about saving Reimi, because we're heading to her location.

Lieutenant Rivia is tracking Reimi's last found location according to the intel sent by my Advisor. Those operatives are working on it, and I hope Reimi will be saved soon.

About the last night's assassination, the mission was a failure. However, Rivia and her Spec Ops Ranger squad managed to eliminate Stella. Despite losing one target - Alt Toten, Hoster still decided to head to the Palace today.

We'll save Reimi, and then escort her to Turavan forest in No Man Zone. Right after saving my wife's servant, we'll consider whether or not should we head to the Palace.

Hoster doesn't like to lose, that's why he wants to retake the throne as fast as possible.

"Where are we?".

"We reached Tod a few minutes ago". "Rivia said Reimi would be saved shortly". - My wife replied to me, also holding my hand tightly as if she was waiting for good News to come to us

I hug Shera tightly and make her be closer to my chest, headpatting my wife. While cuddling my wife, I look around the space inside the chopper to see the people.

Sarah and Hatano - both of my subordinates can be seen sitting on the left, next to my wife. They're well-armed with their M21 and M4 rifles strapped on their shoulders.

Not wanting to cramp the space, I decided not to bring any Alrotz military backpacks. Thus, we only brought guns and ammo with us in this search and rescue.

"Clak!". - I cocked my M4A1 to check on the bullet inside the chamber

After checking on my rifle, I keep headpatting my wife while hugging her. Although I want to sit closer to the heli's door to see the outside scenery brighter, it's impossible for me.

Because... Hoster and Sherry are sitting before me, while Lt. Rivia and Pvt. Gubi are on the chopper's doors.

There's nothing left for me to see in this chopper, so I headpat my wife. Honestly, wartime makes me neglect my wife, sometimes scold her when I'm out of control. Actually, I regretted scolding and beating her. When the war is over, I'd like to love my wife more, and have more relaxing time beside her and other of my relatives.

"How's the tracking, Advisor?". - I asked Advisor, who was strapped to my wrist

"I'm still working on it, General". "Nothing yet, my sensor hasn't spotted anything suspicious...".

"Wait a bit...". "My sensor spotted many heartbeats on the southwest, away from h-". "It's gone, the heli moved too fast so I lost the track".

"Say again". - What did he just say?

"Many dots spotted in the southwest, away from here about 1.700 feet (500 meters)". "About 24 dots found, 29 others were moving when the heli past the area, over".

"We made a wrong turn, to the southwest". - All of sudden, Rivia asked the pilots to change the route of the DH - 1 helicopter

Looking at her closely, I notice that she's holding Sarah's Advisor. She's according to the device's sensor to search for Reimi or something?

Then... the area our chopper passed previously, could be Reimi's abducted location.

"Sarah, Hatano". "Ready to fight, we're about to do it". - I ordered my subordinates while holding my M4A1 tightly, readied to fight

"We're coming down, people". "Hold it tight, seems like we've found her". - Rivia turned around to inform us

"Hey... please get out, g-".

"What are you doing, John?". - I was moving toward the heli's right side door. However, my wife grabbed me from behind to stop me when she realized I was intending to go down

"Let me go, Shera". "Reimi's down there, I must s-".

"It's not safe".

"Just hear me, I will be okay". "Let me out, Sher-".

"All Rangers, area looks like the enemy's camp spotted". "Many hostiles down there, heading in, over". - All of sudden, the pilots informed us

"We're on the right path, everyone!". - Rivia said loudly to us, asking us to get ready

"Cages spotted down there, must be holding people, over". "Gunner, suppressing fire". "On the targets, do not shoot in the cages". "I repeat, do not shoot in the cages, over".

"Roger that". "Clak!". - Done hearing the suggestion of the pilots, Pvt. Gubi cocked his Fishtail machine gun

"Ranger team, ready for deploying, over". - I could feel the helicopter lowering its height while increasing its speed toward the destination. Seems like these pilots are about to drop soldiers down

"Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!!". - When the chopper was flying, the machine gun was fired and sprayed out many bullets, shredding things below

"Target hit!". "Enemies are running around". "Shoot the runners, do not shoot in the cages, civilians may be in there". - Heading to the destination, the pilots kept ordering Gubi not to shoot at the cages from below

While waiting for the chopper to land on the ground, I'm a bit struggling with my wife. She keeps holding me, not letting me out of her hand to join the battle. Despite seeing it's annoying, I understand my wife, she doesn't want me to struggle... sigh... so tired.

"Sarah, Hatano". "You two head to the door, join those Rangers".

"Roger, Commander".

"Nod...".

Sarah and Hatano hear my order, they move toward the right side door of the chopper. My wife's still holding me, I cannot move away. Instead, my eyes can view that the Ranger operatives and my subordinates are lining up.

They're waiting at the heli's door, readying to head out for the battle when the chopper lands on the ground. Cannot do anything, I look at Advisor's screen, staring at the moving red dots which later vanished on the screen.

Except the red dots vanished because of being shot by the machine gun mounted on the helicopter. There are dots... that are classified in green. They're not moving but staying still, those dots seem to be prisoners, or some ones who are jailed in cages.

"Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!!". - More gunshots from the machine gun. Alongside it was how closer to the ground the chopper was really

Those who are not combatants, are pushing back on the chopper. Meanwhile, the soldiers step there and wait at the helicopter's doors. Not so long later, I can feel the small impact of the landing. We're all now on the ground.

"Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!!!". - Pvt. Gubi kept shooting, Rivia hadn't ordered her Ranger operatives to move out yet

"Let's move!". - Rivia yelled at her Ranger squad. She leaned her head out of the chopper, later stepped out of there and pointed her Stormfield rifle around the area

"It's my turn, Shera!". - Honestly, I don't want to be mad at my wife at all. But her over-protective makes me quite mad, that's all

"I won't let you go!". - I knew it

"Then stay right behind me!".  "All the time, behind me!". - Done saying, I put her hands away from me

I was the last combatant to leave the helicopter. Getting out, I realize that in front of my eyes is nothing important. The heli's door dropped us on the right side. While the left side is the warzone, the right side only has a forest scene.

I turn to the left side, walking behind Ranger operatives and my subordinates. They lead the way, no gunshots are heard at all after the chopper lands on the ground.

Thinking the enemies must've died or are too scared to fight against us, I leave the current formation. Hence, I step on the left side and leave the vertical line of soldiers.

"Reimi!!!!".  "Are you there?!!!". - While walking toward the camp with my rifle pointing around, I called Reimi to see if she was here

"John!!! Right side!!!". - All of sudden, Sarah screamed

I turn my eyes to the right side swiftly. A soldier who looks to be battered in his clothes, is holding a sword and is charging at me. Needless to say, I'm a bit scared, so does he. Behind him is a line of bushes, he must've hidden there so others couldn't realize he was there to wait for me to come.

"Bang! Bang!". - Only I shot him, not others. Maybe because the distance was too close, so my allies were scared that they would kill me

"Clack! Clack".  "Urrrrrgggghh!!!". - My rifle was jammed, his blade slash was about to reach me

"Slashes!".  "Urrrrrggggh!!!". - I dodged the slash, and pulled out my short sword, made a swing to a gap from his armor's neck side

"Ahhhhh...".  "Stabs!". - The man seemed to be hurt but hadn't stopped yet, so I ran my sword to his man

He later dies. I pull my sword out and face Shera who is standing behind me. My wife's holding Sarah's pistol, which only 2 bullets... her face is full of afraid, I understand that. That distance was too close, and she couldn't help me to get rid of the hostile.

"There they are! Shoot 'em!". - Lt. Rivia ordered her Ranger soldiers, asking them to shoot at the left side

"Gunshots! Gunshots! Gunshots! Gunshots!". - Those men shot at that position with their rifles firing one to one

"Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!!! Gunshots!!!!!". - All of sudden, Gubi shot his machine gun at that position. The operatives also stopped shooting to save the ammo

"You're clear, Rangers". - The pilots informed us

"Rangers, move out!". - They started separating from each other, approaching the enemy camp to take over it

"Stick with me, Shera". - I reminded my wife, later fixed the jam process and reloaded the M4A1 completely

"Reimi, where are you?!!!". - Again, I yelled to call Reimi

Instead of seeing Reimi, the scene in front of me after approaching the enemy outdoor camp... is a dirtiness mixed with stink. Things with bars, that look like wooden cages can be seen around the camp, on the left side.

"Gunshots! Gunshots! Gunshots! Gunshots!". - Those soldiers were leading the road, they were clearing the way so I did not need to join them or anything

Instead, I glance around to see the cages while walking around the camp. Looking inside the cages closely, I only see women, sometimes spot some men... but very few. Looking furthermore, I see everyone is pale and skinny, bruises and swollen can be seen on their bodies.

I keep walking, looking at the cages with my terrified. So does my wife, she's quite worried about what she's looking at. Just like cages that hold the dead, but haven't rotten, they are still alive.

I keep walking like that till I stop before a cage. Looking inside, I see only one staying in there... and is using her hands to pluck out things inside another one's... belly.

Some bodies inside the cage seem to be dead. They lie on the floor, surrounded by maggots and flies from their hands to their neck... seem to have died recently, maybe 2 days ago.

The dried blood can be seen lying all over the floor of the wooden cage. The woman who used to pluck the things inside the one's belly earlier, is now eating her... organs...?

"I hope she's not one of 'em". - While passing the cage, my wife whispered in her mouth

"Reimi! Reimi, where are you?!!!".  "Reimi! Reimi!". - Being worried, I looked closely at the cage once again, later ran around other ones and yelled loudly, hoping to see Reimi

"I found them, Commander!". - All of sudden, Sarah called me so I glanced at her

Sarah and Hatano are crouching before a pile that has bunches of weapons thrown all over the ground. She picks up a metal shield, shows me. Looking at it, I can see a Marine Corps insignia (Veta symbol) printed on the surface of the metal shield.

"They must be women soldiers of the missing Regiment, Commander!". - Wait a minute... then... they could've been jailed here after getting captured

Then... the women inside the cages must be Reimi's missing Regiment members, good news. Knowing I'm on the right track, I move around every cage to check on Reimi's appearance. If she's still alive, she must be in one of these wooden cages. I hope Reimi's still safe, that's all I hope for.

"Reimi! Reimi!!!!". - I yelled, running around and stopping by the cages to look inside, hoping to find Reimi

"Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!!". - Meanwhile, the machine gun kept shooting at the enemies who were hiding

"Reimi, where are you?!!!". - My wife also followed me from behind, she also called Reimi loudly

"Wait wait wait!".  "Commander, look!". - Sarah suddenly pointed her finger to a wooden cage, just right next to the pile of weapons

I look closely in there, only see women lying on the floor, some are rotting. However, Sarah keeps pointing to that cage, but it seems like she doesn't point to an individual. What does she mean for... wait, I saw it!

A device, a black device that looks like Hatano's Advisor, is inside that cage. I'm so happy to know it, so I rush straight to the cage. You'll be safe now!

"Ummm... is she here?". - We reached the cage, but my wife couldn't see anyone who looks like Reimi in there, me either

"Wait!".  "At the end of the cage, is that her?!". - Sarah pointed deeper into the end of the wooden cage

"That's Reimi!".  "We found her, we found her!".

We finally found Reimi. I see she's sitting on the right side on the end of the wooden cage, near the bars. Apparently, she seems to be very swollen and pale, and doesn't seem to be conscious too. Not good at all.

"Urrrrrgggghh!!!". - I grabbed a wooden bar, trying to break it by using my hand but could not

"Help me, you two!". - I ordered my subordinates to help me, while I held the short sword tightly, squeezing

"Cracks! Cracks! Cracks!".  "Cracks! Cracks! Cracks!". - Using my force, I chopped off and broke the bars, later pulled them out to make a way inside the cage

"Shit...". - I covered my nose by using my forearm

We're speechless to see things inside the cage. What a terrifying scene in front of us. Corpses lying on the floor, with dried blood lying everywhere. Not yet... smells of dead keep rising, up to our noses, that stinky smell... cannot get out of my mind.

"What happened to 'em...?". - Sarah wasn't courage enough to see the scene, she looked away and covered her nose

"John... John!". - All of sudden, my wife called me. She helped me to regain consciousness

I immediately rush inside the cage, crouching a little bit while moving. The smells of dead keep coming to our nose, while maggots and flies fly around the corpses, also gobbling 'em. When we're about to reach Reimi, I feel like something is grabbing my right leg.

"Please... sa-...".  "Sa-". - Turned out that was a dying woman soldier, she was helpless now

"No...".  "Please...". - I put my leg out of her hand, leaving her to die slowly when the maggots were gobbling her crotch

Shit... I've never seen a scene like this in my life. I mean... the previous woman, I had never seen maggots gobbling a woman's crotch... these people must've been very painful to be abused by enemy soldiers. How cruel.

"Reimi, Reimi...". - Finally, my wife and I reached Reimi. Wanted to check on her, I grabbed her shoulder...

Her body had been hurt quite bad, very badly. Hair drops all over the floor, her face's pale, unconscious and swollen, also has some bruises on her below body... shit. Cannot believe that scene happened to Reimi, I get closer to her. Trying to hug the 2nd one who I love.

"Urrrrrgggghh!!!".  "Reimi...! Stop! Stop it!". - All of sudden, she opened her eyes and bit my right forearm, viciously

"Reimi! Reimi, stop!!!!". - Shera pushed Reimi away from me, later kept me away from her servant

Reimi can be seen acting very wild, like a vicious wolf who experiences through madness. Her eyes, viciously look at me for a few seconds, her breath keeps gasping crazily. And...

"John...?".  "Sobs... sobs... sobs". - After she realized that was me and Shera, Reimi sobbed and closed her eyes

"John... your hand!". - While approaching Reimi once again, my wife suddenly said out loud as if she saw something terrible

I feel the pain, I feel my hand's skin burning. However, not until my wife informed me, I checked on my right forearm. Turned out a long flesh line had been torn out from my upper forearm, made by Reimi's vicious bite. How terrible.

"Shit...". - Now it's bleeding, my hand must be cured or it'll be infected

"I'm fine, Shera".  "I'm gonna fine, we need t-". - Hadn't done my words, I rushed to crying Reimi, hugging her

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry".  "You're fine now, you'll be gonna fine".  "Come, come with me". - Later I carried Reimi on my back, readying to head out for the evac

"You n-".

"I'm fine, Shera!".  "She needs more t-".  "Ummm... I'm sorry".  "I'm sorry...". - I was out of control so I scolded my wife, later I regretted it

"Let me help you". - My wife went to my back, holding Reimi tighter

Reimi seems to be very exhausted right now. She doesn't have the ability to hold things, so cannot hold me when I'm carrying her. Thanks to my wife, now everything is helpful. I must move out of this place now.

We keep going till we go out of the cage. Carrying Reimi on my back, I see Sarah arguing with Lt. Rivia or something. Beside my subordinates, are women who seemed to have been released from those wooden cages.

"What the fuck are you doing?". - I approached Sarah, confronting her

"Commander, help me". - Done saying, she raised her hand to the wounded women

"They need to be helped too".  "Can we get them in the chopper...?".  "Return a group to our camp, and return here... every wave, can we?".

"Sir, she's nuts".  "That's unacceptable, cannot do it". - Rivia said to me

"She's right, cannot do it".  "Leave 'em, Sarah".  "It's no use for saving those women".

"Why, Commander?".

"Shit...".  "Shera, can you?". - I crouched down, asking my wife to get Reimi in the chopper safety

"Please return, John!".  "I need help! Get this one in!". - Shera carried Reimi, later ordered Ranger operatives to aid her in getting Reimi in

The Ranger squad shortly helps my wife, getting Reimi in the chopper. Until she's inside the DH - 1 Helicopter, this time I'm completely calm to speak with my subordinate.

"Quit it".  "We're leaving, it's now or never, Private".

"But they need to be saved too!".  "We n-".

"Shut the fuck off!".  "Who do you think you are, huh?!!!".  "I'm your superior or you are my superior?!!! Say it!!!!".

"But t-".

"Shut up!!!".  "Slaps!". - I forcefully slapped Sarah's cheek, making her fall

"...".  "What...? Disagree...?". - Meanwhile, Hatano stared at me so I glared at her

"...". - However, Hatano this time didn't care about her little sister at all

Instead, she heads inside the wooden cage where we used to get in previously. Maybe she's re-finding her Advisor.

"Commander... please...".  "At least, save these t-".

"No is no!!!".  "Slaps! Slaps!". - I slapped her twice, but she kept listening to her own

"Bang! Bang! Bang!".  "They're returning, we need to retreat now or never, Sir". - Two staying Ranger operatives informed me, they were shooting at the enemies from afar by using their rifles

"John! John!".  "Return here!". - My wife could be seen running back to me after getting Reimi in the chopper

"I'm not listening to you, Commander".  "At least we need to save one, just one is alright".  "I'll do it myself". - Sarah did not try to convince me anymore, not even once. Instead, she lifted a woman on her back

"Arrrrrggghhhhhhhhh!!!!". - I kicked Sarah's back, making her fall on the ground once again

"What are you doing, John?!".

"Get in the chopper, now!!!". - I roared at Shera, asking her to get in the chopper

"What are you doing?!!!!". - Sarah kept resisting, I grabbed her hair and dragged her back into the chopper

"There's no need to be that violent, John!".  "Let me convince her instead". - Shit... my wife even argued with me while walking alongside me

"Sometimes violence is needed!".  "I need you to get back in the chopper!".

"Please stop!!!". - Sarah kept yelling, trying to pull my hand away from her head

"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!".  "Proceed with caution, over".  "Enemies coming in, they're trying to overtake their camp, over".  "Bang! Bang! Bang!". - These Ranger operatives were assisting us by shooting at the enemies returning to the camp

"Nooooooooooooooo!!!!". - Sarah kept yelling at me, trying to get away from me

"Ahhhhh...".  "Shit...". - She unintendedly scratched my right forearm's skin

This shit... a flesh shredded from my forearm, now Sarah made it more itching. This pain... it's very terrible for me.

"Smash!". - All of sudden, Hatano came out from nowhere and smashed Sarah's head by using her rifle butt

"Hatano!". - My wife pushed Hatano away, feeling mad when seeing Hatano knocked off her little sister without hesitation

"You'll do that to your husband if that was him...".  "Glares... tch". - Hatano glared at my wife for a while, later dragged Sarah to the chopper after clicking her tongue

"Hurry, Sir!". - Those operatives asked me to hurry to the chopper

"Let's go, John!". - My wife grabbed my hand, both of us later rushed to the chopper

Heading in there, we board the helicopter. Right after us, those operatives also board the chopper and manage to find good seats. Despite not having a proper seat in the cramped space of the chopper, I'm happy to have saved Reimi successfully.

"That's all of us".  "Target is saved, mission accomplished". - Lt. Rivia ordered the pilots to takeoff the DH - 1 Helicopter

"Roger, taking off".  "Ranger team, hold tight".  "Significant enemies spotted coming to us, gun 'em out, Gunner".

"Or".  (Rog).  "Clak!". - Pvt. Gubi later cocked his Fishtail machine gun, readying to blast at the incoming hostiles

"Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!! Gunshots!!!!".  "Gunshots!!!! Gunshot!!!!".

"Standing by, ready to go". - The pilots informed us

Shortly, the helicopter floats up in the sky and starts rotating in the direction which leads to our camp. Later, it flies in that direction, mission accomplished.

Currently, Reimi's lying on my thighs, gasping a bit heavily. Her eyes keep looking around, trying to have a smile on her lip despite having hurtful physical pain. Beside me is my wife, sitting there, trying to comfort Reimi by headpatting her head.

"Shit...".  "Tch... Medic!!!". - Seeing my wound kept getting worse, I yelled out loudly to call Pvt. Scanra - the medic Ranger operative of the squad

"Comin', Sir!". - Pvt. Scanra headed to me immediately, despite moving into a cramped space in the helicopter

"Heal my husband".  "His wound, right here". - Shera grabbed my forearm and leaned it to the medic Ranger

"Tch...". - My wife accidentally touched the hurt part, making it go worse

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!". - She left her hands out of my forearm

"I'm alright, I'm alright...". - Must do something... although my wound is bad but it's nothing compared to Reimi's, she needs to be saved more than me

"Treat Reimi, not me".  "I can take it, but she won't".  "Save her". - When Pvt. Scanra was examining my wounded forearm, I ordered him to look after Reimi's wound

"Roger, Sir".

"Wait, what the hell are you thinking, John?".  "It'll be fast, heal your wound first!". - Suddenly my wife grabbed my forearm. Despite holding it carefully, she kept complaining, asking me to let the Ranger treat my wound

"She needs more, I'm gonna be fine".  "I'm gonna be fine...". - Alright... this scratched part needs to have a doctor. Otherwise, maybe my hand will rot, and will have to chop it off when the situation goes too bad

"But...".

"I'm gonna be fine, Shera...". - I pulled my wife closer to my chest and hugged her

"Heal...". - Meanwhile, Pvt. Scanra was using his healing magic to cure Reimi

He points his palm toward her face and casts the spell. A green light appears from his palm for seconds and slowly disappeared, vanished. Her face, is healed and can be seen visibly. Especially her lip, which used to have scratched skin, now was fully healed.

"She looks bad, Sir".  "I cannot cast too much, potions are worn out".  "This one needs better treatment, don't you think to take her to Zaira?". - While healing Reimi, Pvt. Scanra talked with me

"What?".

"King Ralla is waiting for us there".  "If you get there now, there maybe will have special treatment for her".

"You need to be healed too, John".  "We'll get there, can we?".  "All of us go there". - My wife suggested I go to Zaira village

All of sudden, I haven't had time to reply to them or anything, but feel like something is grabbing me. Turns out that's Reimi, she grabs my left hand, stares at me while lying on the floor, and is wounded.

"Nod... nod...".  "Nod... nod...". - Reimi nodded slowly but constantly, as if to ask me to get there to treat both my wound and her wound

"Alright... I understand".

Done making my decision, I turn back to look at Lieutenant Rivia. Currently, she can be seen staying still in an area that is cramped with people. Seeing me, Rivia nods, as if to ask my further orders.

Hmmm... our camp in Botarad doesn't have anything important. Basically, we only left our Alrotz military backpack there, that's all. Only our military backpacks were left there. Now even if we go back to grab them, loading them in the chopper will make things worse.

With this cramped space with 15 adult people, those military bags will surely stop Rivia's group from operating the DH - 1 Helicopter. Alright... I look at Rivia deeply, about to say out my order to her.

"Head to Zaira, immediately".

"Your belongings, Sir".

"We can take 'em later, now to that village".

"No! That's unacceptable!". - All of sudden, Hoster protested my suggestion

"She needs to be saved!".

"I don't care how much caring of you to her, but my words must be prioritized!".  "I'm your Ruler, you must hear me instead of doing things on your own".  "To the Palace, now!".

"What the fuck do you mean?".  "Are you retard?! Going there will kill all of us!". - Pissing off, I moved toward Hoster despite knowing it would be dangerous

"We killed that bitch last night! Hearing the pilots' threats, both of us glare at each other. However, we go silent after that, not having any arguments anymore. Later, my wife pulls me back to the seat, away from Hoster.

"Alright... sigh".  "To Zaira". - Lt. Rivia sighed, later ordered the pilots to make the route to Zaira village of Jung Kingdom

"Roger, on the way". - They later changed the chopper's flight direction, attempting to head to Zaira

Staying away from Hoster, but I can still see his glare, even from afar. But I neglect him, return to my wife and Reimi. Hmmm... Hatano seems to be so quiet since she got on the chopper. From my view... she's quite... silent, very.

Sarah's now fainted, and is lying on her older sister's thighs. Staring at Hatano, she doesn't care about looking at me but at her little sister.

"John... please calm down...". - My wife hugged me, trying to ask me to stay calm

I hug my wife for a while, later return to look at Reimi's current situation. Not as I expected, but she's getting better, but not... so much.

"John...?". - Reimi stared at me, trying to smile but could not

Instead, she holds my fingers, trying her best to not loose them out of her grip. Pvt. Scanra is now still healing Reimi's body. A short time after healing her, the medic Ranger seems to have very much sweat on his face.

"Shit... it's worn out...". - Done speaking to himself, Scanra dragged out a glass potion that had blue liquid inside

"Drinks... drinks... drinks...". - Then he drank the potion till there was no drop in it

From what I know, the potion which has blue liquid is a "Magic potion". In this world, every human, animal and creature has magic, run by their magic stones.

Those are small blue crystals, naturally have in their bodies when they're born, inside the heart, placed in the middle. With these people, no magic in their bodies means death is awaiting 'em. This soldier drank the potion because... when his magic wears out... he'll lose consciousness. The worst is dying when his magic runs out completely.

"Alright, Sir".  "Lemme see your hand, slowly...".  "Holy shit, it's worse than an Orc's bite, hang in there...". - Scanra shortly checked on my shredded forearm's skin, he commented it looked quite bad, and dangerous

"Reimi, sa-".

"She's terribly hungry and thirsty, Sir".  "Her wounds are basically well treated, but she needs to rest and be fed well for better results". - While explaining to me, Scanra pointed his palm to my wounded forearm

"Wait...".  "I need to purify the wound before healing it".  "Hang in there, Sir".  "I'm doing my best".  "Where...?". - He later opened his brown leather military "Red cross" symbol handbag

"Look after her, Shera...".

"But...".

"I'm gonna be fine".  "Don't worry, take care of Reimi".

"Understood...".  "I'll be back". - My wife got closer to me

"Kiss...". - She gave me a sweet kiss, later moved to Reimi's position to take care of her

"Alright, here it is...". - Scanra later dragged out a white bottle, he opened its lid and started pouring things into my wounded forearm

"Shit...".  "What is this...?". - The white liquid inside the bottle, seems to be used to purify the wound

Shit... it's quite itching.

"Hang in there, Sir".  "Will be done soon, come on". - Pvt. Scanra later asked me to let them pour more liquid into my wounded forearm

After a short time flying from Tod forest to No Man Zone, we finally reached it. Currently, our DH - 1 Helicopter is reaching Zaira, about to land. However... the landing zone seems to be a bit struggling for us, we'll have to land on the backside of the village, not the entrance.

"Alright, everyone".  "We're about to land, King Ralla is in sight, he's waiting for us". - The two pilots asked us to sit on the chopper tightly, because we were landing on the ground

"Alright, people".  "Welcome to Zaira, we're going down". - Those pilots informed us, later got away from their seats, but hadn't gotten down the chopper yet

Instead, they move and look around the chopper's engine, as if they want to recheck it before leaving. I accidentally glance at Sarah during the process... and she's avoiding facing me, and Hatano.

Sarah had just woken up recently, 10 minutes ago. However, she doesn't say anything after waking up. Oppositely, she even grumbles and frustrated if we casually glance at her. Hmmm... maybe I should let her have time to calm down before apologizing to her, I think.

Doesn't say or look, Sarah walks down from the chopper immediately. About Hatano, she follows her little sister without caring about me. With the Ranger squad, they... also head outside of the chopper. Only Rivia stays to escort me down there.

"You should go too, Sir and Ma'ams".  "We'll stay here, must guard this flying baby". - Those pilots said to us

"Alright".  "Let's go, Reimi". - I later carried Reimi on my back, following me from behind was my wife

Reimi's still very weak, she cannot grab me well so can fall even when I'm carrying her on my back. Because of it, my wife joins to aid Reimi.

"You better check on your wound again, John".

"I know, Shera". - Currently, my shredded forearm's skin had been healed by magic

It's bandaged with white cloths now, but I'm reminded to recheck it. But that's another story, I must take care of Reimi first, not me.

The three of us slowly get out of the chopper. The thing before us, is King Ralla, Yura, other elven villagers and Royal guards standing around. Approaching King Ralla, I sense that Hoster is glaring at us while standing beside Advisor Sherry.

This guy... must be thinking that saving Reimi is a waste of time, tch. Alright... I must ask King Ralla to teleport him and Sherry to the Palace.

"Sir Rigen". - King Ralla approached us and greeted us

"Your Majesty, I need your help, the Capital...".
