Chapter Twelve ..Really not far

"Hey Miss Luck ,what are you doing here ? It's getting late ..!"Inno approached Eloise and questioned her .

"Inno ? What are you doing here ? Are you here to wait for the bus heading to Beverly Hills too ? "Eloise also asked . Although they met today ,they were getting along . "No ,Miss luck ,I came to get a cup of cappuccino .Actually the vendor here prepares good cappuccino so each time I'm heading towards Beverly Hills ,I stop by and get myself a cappuccino .

Do you want one ? I can get you one and it's my treat ." Inno began moving in the direction at where the cappuccino was sold but Eloise stopped him .

"No Inno ,please don't trouble yourself alright ?

I'm okay ." Eloise said with her broad smiles .

"Are you sure about that ? I think you need a cappuccino to lighten up your mood .

You know I will get one for you and I insist ." Inno went to get Eloise a cappuccino too ."Oh my God ,is it seen all over my face that I'm in a dull mood ?Is it really visible ? " Eloise asked herself before looking at her face in her mirror .When Inno was approaching with the cappuccino,she put the mirror away in her bag . "Here you go Miss Luck ,my mother told me that cappuccino that is drank hot always brightens your next morning .If you doubt it ,then drink it hot . "

"Is that so ? I didn't know that aside jewelry designing ,you also crack jokes Inno .You are so funny but believe me ,you didn't have to take all the trouble of buying me a cappuccino but anyways ,thanks ." Eloise hit her cup against Inno's .

"Miss Luck ,if you heading to Beverly Hills ,then why don't you let me drop you at your apartment ,it won't be any problem to me .

Besides ,you have one hour ,twenty minutes more to wait for the bus . That's a waste of time and you will surely get home exhausted .

Let me be your driver for the day Miss Luck ..!" Inno proposed to Eloise and she still felt reluctant in taking his offer ."Inno ,you have done alot for me today so I guess you should go instead .I will wait for the bus and don't worry about me ,I can take care of myself ." Eloise refused his proposal but Inno was still persistent about driving her home ."Hey , don't be like that Miss luck .Let me drive you home , there's no harm in it unless you tell me that your boyfriend will be jealous ..!" Inno joked around ."There's nothing as such and besides ,with the way you are persisting ,can I refuse any further ? " Eloise sat in Inno's car and they drove off .As soon as they drove off , a black Aston Martin One followed right after them .

"Sir ,is it necessary to follow that particular car ? We've been following the young lady since she left the office and now this car too ,is it really necessary ?" The driver asked ."Jordan ,drive and follow that car .That is your only job and if you are tired of driving ,hand over the keys to me ,I can drive since I'm not handicapped !" Jakes said in a provoked tone . " Sorry sir ...!" Jordan apologized and continued to follow Inno's car . "Eloise ,I will finally get to know where you stay !"Jakes muttered to himself as Jordan followed Inno's Toyota Corolla car .

"So ,as I was saying ,I actually stay in Culver City with my mother. It's just a thirty - two minutes drive from Beverly Hills and a thirty- three minutes drive from Santa Monica . It's really not far .Today ,I'm going to visit a friend that I have long time seen and that's why I'm super excited !" Inno opened up his plans to Eloise .

"Well ,when I get home I'm going to sleep actually and nothing more ,nothing less ."Inno and Eloise chatted through out their drive .."Hey stop ,I've reached home .I will alight here Inno " Eloise said .."Are you sure ? This is a supermarket you are alighting in front of..! " Inno also added .."Inno ,I 'm going to buy some stuff at the supermarket however from the supermarket to my apartment is just a stone thrown away so don't worry I'm okay ."

"Alright ,I will get the door for you if you say so Miss Luck ."Inno stepped out of his car and got the door for Eloise ."Thanks Inno ,you are such a gentleman .Thanks for the cappuccino and the drive .See you tomorrow !"Eloise waved at him as he drove off . "Grandfather ,I've reached home .Since I had a free drive ,I'm using the few dollars I have now to buy some snacks home .Well ,my money can't even reach what I want to eat ."Eloise pulled out her purse from her bag and realized she had only twenty dollars left ."Twenty dollars ? Well , tomorrow's bus fare to Santa Monica will cost me three dollars ,plus ,the cab fare to Cooperatives of Jewelry Designs will also cost me five dollars .This means that I will have only twelve dollars left .How much will I spend on food ? and how will I entertain that menopausal land lady of mine who is so keen on collecting the other half of her rent ?

I've paid one thousand dollars to her already but she's still complaining of the remaining one thousand five hundred dollars left . Greedy old woman !

Oops Eloise ,you are in hot waters now !Think straight or else you will end up sleeping on the streets ." After thinking for a while ,Eloise still headed to the supermarket to get some snacks .At the entrance ,a notice was hanged over there which read , "Get all your favourite snacks at Ralph's for just three dollars .

All you need to do is to spin the wheel and whatever you earn will be given to you !

Hurry ,this is Ralph's midnight super bumper promotion !!!!! "Eloise read the notice clearly and entered the supermarket .
