Chapter Ninety one .. useless parents !

"I heard you've withdrawn the case against our daughter ,thank you so much .

I will be indebted to you for this Jakes .."Debbie's parents Sylvia and Paul Jones thanked Jakes .

"Our daughter made a mistake but thanks for not letting her spend the night here ."Nadine's parents ,Abigail and Derek Quin thanked Jakes as well .

"Thank you Jakes and sorry for all the pain our daughter has caused your daughter .It won't happen again ,my wife and I give you our word ."Doreen 's parents ,Aaron and Francisca Stewart also thanked Jakes .

"Thank my daughter ,she said I should withdraw my complaints against each one of your daughters and I did so because of her happiness ."Jakes simply said to them .

"Nadine Quin , Doreen Stewart and Deborah Jones ,you can go now .Your parents have gotten you a bail and Chairman Riddles has withdrawn the complaints he made against you ."PO Oscar Bazaar said and unlocked the gate for them .

Erica was going out too but the door was banged and locked from outside right in front of her eyes .

"You aren't part Erica Montgomery ,stay in here until your parents bail you out ."PO Oscar Bazaar said .

"You traitor ! you will rot here for good ! "Doreen said bitterly to Erica's face and left to hug her parents .

"You look good in rags Erica ,I hope you sleep well in your new home ."Nadine said and left to go and meet her parents as well .

"How does it feel Erica ? this is called karma . The stone you throw against a wall will definitely bounce back at you ."Debbie said and also went to meet her parents .

"Hey ! it seems you aren't yet getting a bail so clean your tears and come and massage my head for me or else you know the penalty ."The big boss ordered and Erica went to do as she had said .

After Nadine , Doreen and Debbie had gone home with their parents , PO Oscar Bazaar went straight to Erica's cell to release her .

"Erica Montgomery ,you can go now ."As soon as PO Oscar Bazaar said this ,Erica run out of the cell to meet her parents .

"Argh ! what happened to you Erica ? Who cut your hair and made it so messy ?

Why is your face red ? Your hands and feet are also swollen and why are you in these stinking rags ,huh ? "Dulce asked her daughter and couldn't believe that it was her daughter who stood right in front of her.

"Are you asking me Dulce ? "Erica addressed her mother for the first time with her name .

"Erica ,my dear ,we can settle this out .Just don't get too angry at your mother ,okay ? " Richie tried comforting her .

"Get your filthy hands off me Richie ! "Erica said angrily at her father also addressing him by his name .

"Erica ,not here ,we can settle this at home .Let's go home now .."Dulce tried to lure her daughter since she saw how intense Erica's anger was .

She knew that Erica could embarrass them at anytime because of her anger and this would destroy their reputation .

"I won't go anywhere and this won't be discussed at home .

Look at me ! Just look at me ! look at the torture they've put me through and you want me to follow you home ,is it ?

Do you know what the hell I went through in that stupid stinking smelling cell ?

You have no idea because you were not the ones who were kept in that cell .You were outside here galavanting unnecessarily instead of getting me out of that hell !

You hired these useless attorneys to bail me out knowing perfectly well that they couldn't !

Aren't you ashamed calling yourselves my parents ,huh ?

You are both as useless as these attorneys ..!"Erica said to her parents while everyone watched them at the police station .

"Erica ! "Richie landed a tight slap across Erica's face and immediately she puked blood out of her mouth .

"Enough is enough with your disrespectful attitude towards us ! "Richie said but Erica who was about speaking , fainted all of all a sudden .

Richie carried her in his arms immediately and they sent her to the hospital .

"Have you seen what you've done to our daughter ,Richie ?

Have you seen ? So what if she called us useless ,does that give you the licence to slap her ,huh ?

Can't you see how tensed she is ,huh ? "Dulce defended Erica's disrespectful attitude .

"I should have known that this is coming ,if I ever knew that you'd bring up our daughter with such an attitude then I wouldn't have allowed you to bring her up !

You've brought her up and given her a mannerless character like yours and so she goes about fooling as always and thinks we will sort out her stupidity because there's money !

What kind of a mother are you Dulce ? You are the main reason why our daughter is in this state so make sure nothing happens to her !"Richie angrily walked towards the exit .

"Hey ! where are you going to ? come back here !

Argh ! useless man ! Erica wasn't wrong after all ."Dulce muttered to herself .

Once Jakes arrived home and didn't see Suzzy and Eloise over there ,he proceeded to the Jenkins Mansion at Claremont to check on them .

Once the door bell rang ,Joan asked the maid to take rest and she decided to get the door herself .

"Jenkins Mansion ,how may I ..I..help you ?" Joan swallowed her courage and tone seeing the person who stood in front of her.

"Joan ? what are you doing here ? I thought you said you'd return from Lennox on Monday and so what are you doing here in Claremont ?

Have you been lying to me all this while ?"Jakes asked , in a rather imperative tone .

"What's your problem Jakes Riddles ? I called her here and I didn't know that even during nonworking hours ,you still demand answers from your employees ."Eloise said with her silvery voice as she descended the stairs majestically with her upsweep burgundy hair and in her nice tight floral pants and her chiffon crop top .
