Chapter 131 ( Second shinobi war 1)

The unusual movements from the other villages have already been noticed by the hidden stone, and it didn't take long for Ren and Ohnoki to find out what really happened.

After finding out, they had many plans to counter the allied army if they really did decide to attack the hidden stone, now the two were standing on the tallest mountain in the back of the village looking over everything.

"It's as you expected, the hidden cloud has found out." says Ohnoki.

"Mhm, do you regret it?"

Ohnoki turned and looked at Ren, and sighed.

"Will we lose this war?" Ohnoki asked Ren.

"No, the furthest thing from it, I promise we will come out on top." Ren answered full of confidence.

"All the hard work of promoting you to the villages has gone down the drain, they have a very mixed view of you now."

"It doesn't matter, once I kill a few well-known shinobi from other villages they will change their mind again, and we will have the Daimyo support our actions." says Ren.

"That should be enough for the time."

"Yeah, the preparations have been made, I'll take the cloud and sand combination army, and the hidden leaf and mist will be left to you and the new shadow legion, as for the two old guys just leave them in the village with the remainder of the army and the tail beasts."

"Ren they haven't joined forces yet, we still don't know for sure if they will."

"They will, after all, they will think this will be an easy endeavor, Four against one they have far more kage-level shinobi than we do, as well as ordinary troops, we are outnumbered in all aspects."

"You are right, so remind me again how are we going to win this?"

' This war shouldn't be too hard to win, with my current strength there isn't anyone in the enemy villages that can really cause me any trouble, honestly, this outcome should be for the best when we manage to beat them back and make them surrender we will take most of their resources leaving them just enough to wage war against each other to replenish themselves, which will further weaken them and leave the hidden stone time to develop in peace even if thousands of hidden stone shinobi will die in this war.' thinks Ren.

"I've made up my mind." Ohnoki says Getting Ren's attention.

"After this war, I am stepping down, by then you should have had everything you need to be a better Tsuchikage than I was." says Ohnoki.

"Going into retirement so early, why do I feel I'll still see you every day in my office looking over my shoulder?"

"Tch, brat!!" Ohnoki shouted.

"The village is really worth every sacrifice we make for it, when you sit in that chair and hold that power, I know you won't make the wrong decisions, and your way of doing things will be far different than mine, but maybe that's exactly what the hidden stone needs, I can give up my life for this village, but you have the power that it wouldn't come to that, and that gives you the confidence to make the decisions I never would."

"Do you think I have never thought of getting rid of or controlling the Daimyo?"

"The truth is, everyone who has the Kage position in a village has probably thought of it, but the consequences would be something they couldn't handle, but you have the power to not care."

"Mhm."

"So after this war, what are your plans?"

"Everything, everything will become one or be consumed by the hidden stone, war is present because of a clash of interest, if everything is one, everyone has the same interest thereby eliminating the need for war." Ren answers seriously as Ohnoki turns to him and sighs.

"Do you really think that will solve everything?"

"It's the best answer I could come up with, and if it doesn't work there's always fear, but I'll like to try to more civil way first."

"Mhm, do as you wish, since I have chosen to leave everything to you, I will support your decision." says Ohnoki.

WHOOSH!!

"Tsuchikage-sama, the villages have come to an alliance and have begun to move." the Anbu ninja says as he kneels.

"It's begun."
