"Are you feeling any better?" Zevon asked Amir, his gaze studied the silver eyed Kei from head to toe.
Ever since the event by the cliff, all four men paid closer attention to Amir now. The possibility of Amir harboring the same thoughts he had on that day was not one they wished to contemplate.
Amir nodded slowly, a guilty look on his face.
"I should not have acted out earlier today, it is hard enough on Chan... finding out what I did at this time and knowing everyone justifiably wants me dead."
"I have no justification to protest against the dissolution of the harem... I mean this time, it might be my fault it becomes a reality." Amir murmured quietly.
"Do not say that, Amir. Everything will work out just fine... you must believe that." Zevon reassured.
"I will send Chan up to her room to rest first." Zevon said,
With that, he took his leave, carrying Chantria along with him but Irvine stayed behind.
