Reporting a crime

Coming out tonight, Kareena had a plan. Meeting May's demands for the bet didn't mean she had to actually do the deed. She was simply going to enjoy her own company, some wine, and then go back to her hotel room. She was going to sneak back in an hour or two later, but now it seemed she had to stay out longer.

"Miss, I present to you, a Château Montrose, originally from Country F", the waiter returned with a bottle and filled her glass with the red contents. He pushed forward the glass and waited for her to taste it. "Vintage: 2011."

She took a sip and savoured the taste. "Mm." She nodded in approval. "Leave the bottle."

The waiter visibly relaxed and refilled her glass and left the bottle. "Enjoy your drink. I'll be right at the bar if you need anything else."

He was willing to be her butler for the night. Her lips only quirked up as she watched him walk away. She swirled the contents in the glass and took a whiff. It smelled good.

From the corner of her eye, she caught sight of a man approaching. If she was sitting anywhere else, she would have thought otherwise but his movement was directed towards her booth. She sighed into the glass and took a sip.

"What's a beauty like you doing in a place like this?" He started as soon as he was within earshot and invited himself to sit opposite her. "Are you alone? Funny, I'm alone too! It can't be helped! Why don't we-"

"I'm not looking for any company, please leave", she replied politely.

"Hey", he slid over, inching closer to her. She could now smell the alcohol on him. "Don't be like that. Isn't it too lonely to drink alone? I know a good place-"

"Barely two years into your marriage and you're already fooling around. Does your wife know what a sleazebag of a man she married or should I help you tell her?" She replied, not even sparing him a glance as she stared ahead.

"Y-You..! Wh-who are you?!" His face had turned ashen.

He was sure he had never met someone like her. A face like hers would be hard to forget so how did she know he was married when a ring indent was no on his finger? He spent more time without it that even if it formed, it would barely be visible. If anything, he looked like a regular guy!

She turned her gaze to him and uttered coldly, "Scram."

He fled like his pants were on fire. She took a deep breath and inhaled the intoxicating scent of the wine.

It was often flattering when one gained attention from the opposite gender but if it came from the wrong person it was plain annoying. Aside from that, she had lost any interest to entertain any males.

"Boring choice of a drink", another hot bloodied male slumped right beside her, leaving a few inches of space between them. Every word of his reeked of alcohol each time he opened his mouth. He raised his glass and showed the hard stuff to her. "Why don't you try this? You will thank me."

"I don't remember inviting you over or asking for your drink. Leave", she replied, barely containing her annoyance.

"Don't be an uptight little bitch. People are too intimidated to approach the pretty ones, but it's a pretty and quiet one like you that's usually wild in the bedroom", he cackled and licked his lips eyeing her bossom. The material of her dress... what if she 'suddenly' got wet especially on her chest? An idea formed in his mind.

Her response was silence but she was growing disgusted by him by the second. She sipped on her drink, observing to see if where she sat was a blind spot so she could knock him out without getting caught.

"This is definitely better than what you're having. Try it", he shoved his glass towards her to 'accidentally' spill the contents on her but she easily slapped it away with the back of her hand causing the drink to spill over him instead and the glass to shatter on the floor.

"You bitch!" He abruptly stood up to brush at the now wet shirt. "Do you know how expensive this is?! Why I oughta-" he raised his hand to slap her-

"Yes, I would like to report a crime", A deep cello like voice was suddenly heard from the booth next to hers. "This is xxxxx hotel. There's a man sexually harassing a woman, security is doing nothing about it, and he's about to physically assault her-"

"Hey!" He cut off the voice, bellowing over to the booth angrily. "Mind your business!"

"Yes, the hotel's bar", the owner of the attractive was walking over, his tone unhurried.

"You..!! If you don't stop that call-" he swung his fist to punch the man-

"Yes, hurry", his tone remained unchanged as he easily caught the fist with one hand and twisted the wrist wuth a crackling sound.

"Arrggh!!! Let go! Let go!!!"

He used his free hand to terminate the call, stuffed the phone in his pocket, and faced the assailant, easily towering over him. His aura was commanding and imposing, his condescending cold gaze sent the man trembling in his shoes.

With an unhurried and menacing tone, the man spoke, "You don't interrupt me when I'm speaking."
