Chapter 38: Training Begins

Yuki continued his stroll to Sophia's house when he was dragged into a dark alley by a thin man. The man was wearing ragged clothes, he had messy hair and was pointing a gun at Yuki.

"Give me all your money!" The man demanded.

"What are you doing?" Yuki asked with a confused expression on his face. Yuki could tell that this man wasn't a kizo user.

"I'm robbing you! What does it look like I'm doing?! Now give me all your money!" The man shouted at Yuki.

"With a gun?" Yuki asked while pointing at the gun.

"Yes!" The man shouted and looked at Yuki from head to toe. "You're a kizo user. But even if you are and no matter how fast you are you can't dodge bullets!"

"Yes I'm a kizo user." Yuki calmly answered. "And what makes you think I'm not fast enough to dodge bullets?" Yuki asked cause he was intrigued to know how this man's mind worked.

"If you were as fast as a bullet then you would be a member of the NAMIN organisation. And if you were a member of the member of the NAMIN organisation then you would have a club uniform and you wouldn't be seen walking on the street like an idiot." The man explained thoroughly.

'He seems to know some stuff about the NAMIN organisation.' Yuki thought. 'Wait! How do I walk like an idiot?!'

"Now give me all your money or I'll shoot!" The man was getting impatient.

"No." Yuki said calmly.

"I'm pointing a gun at you!" The man pointed out.

"I know."

"I'll shoot!." The man threatened and pointed the gun at Yuki's head.

"Okay."

The man grit his teeth in anger and placed his finger on the trigger.

"Wait." Yuki suddenly spoke. "I just want to warn you. You have to think before you act, just with you trying to rob me I can tell you're incredibly stupid."

"What?" The man was shocked by Yuki's sudden insult. To the man Yuki was the stupid one, how could a kid insult him while having a gun pointed at his head.

"You're trying to rob me in broad daylight." Yuki continued. "That's idiotic. First of all, there's a crowd of people walking past the alley at this very moment and second there are always members of the NAMIN organisation patrolling at this time of day. If you pull the trigger you would also be putting yourself in danger." Yuki scratched the side of his eyebrow and continued. "No matter how you look at this if you shoot you'll not be able to escape, considering you're not a kizo user."

The man's mouth was wide open, he was shocked that Yuki was right. A kid had pointed out the fact the he was an idiot robber. He now realized that he didn't even think before he decided to rob someone.

"That won't stop me! If I pull this trigger you'll still die and I'll just be locked up! So frankly you'll lose more than me!" The robber pointed out.

"Then shoot." Yuki ordered.

The robber pulled the trigger in anger.

Bang!

The loud sound of a gunshot rang out from the alley. Yuki had tilted his head a bit avoiding the bullet, it missed Yuki's head by an inch and hit a wall behind him.

"How did you do that?" The man asked in shock.

"I'm not an idiot like you." Yuki answered and rammed his knee into the man's stomach before he could shoot again.

"Argh!" The man fell to the ground and clutched his stomach. The gun fell on the ground next to the man's head.

"Sorry, but it now looks like you'll be locked up and I'm still alive. So you lost more than me." Yuki spoke while scratching the side of his eyebrow.

Yuki was able to dodge the bullet because he watched the man's finger very carefully, therefore he knew when he was going to shoot. So Yuki moved a split second before the man pulled the trigger. Yuki's action proved he didn't use speed to dodge a bullet instead he used his brain.

Yuki took the opportunity to leave before members of the NAMIN organisation arrived. He knew it wouldn't take them a minute to arrive at the scene so he quickly left.

Yuki ran all the way to Sophia's house because he didn't want to be late on the first day of training. The maid led him to the living room where Sophia and her father were watching TV.

"Konnichiwa minna-san."

(Hello everyone.)

Yuki bowed towards them and greeted.

"You're right on time." Kabato-sensei said.

From now on Sophia's dad will be known as Kabato-sensei since he is now Yuki's teacher.

"Hello Kinatarou-kun." Sophia greeted Yuki.

"Call me Yuki." Yuki politely instructed.

"Okay, Yuki." Sophia adjusted hr glasses and obeyed Yuki.

"I'll be training you alomg with my daughter." Kabato-sensei informed Yuki.

"Huh?" Yuki was shocked but it didn't take up to a second for him to recover.

"I'm training her because she wants to do something in future." Kabato-sensei added.

"What is does she want to do?" Yuki asked.

"It's a surprise." Sophia suddenly spoke. She stood up and walked up to Yuki and looked him directly in the eyes. Her golden eyes were shimmering and her lips were beautiful and pink. Her beauty was enough to make any man have fantasies about her.

"When the time comes for me to do what I want and I ask you for help, I hope you'll help me." She spoke slowly making sure her words reached Yuki. It was obvious that she was serious.

"I'll help you. I promise." Yuki said while holding up his right hand.

"Both of you follow me." Kabato-sensei instructed them and walked out of the room.

"Hai!" Yuki and Sophia answered at the same time, although Yuki's answer was very energetic while Sophia's answer was calm and cool.

Kabato-sensei led both of them to an octagon shaped room, the room was incredibly large. The floor had white tiles, the walls were also white while the roof was light orange. There were several portraits of different people on the walls.

"Both of you sit." Kabato-sensei instructed.

"On the floor?" Yuki asked while Sophia had already taken her seat on the floor.

"Yes."

Yuki sat down next to Sophia and they both looked at Kabato-sensei waiting their next instruction.

"I'm going to give both of you a brief lesson on kizo first." Kabato-sensei informed them, making sure he had their attention before speaking.

"Okay." Yuki and Sophia both answered at the same time.

"But if you really want to understand this lesson then forget everything you learned about kizo in school." Kabato-sensei instructed them strictly.

What Kabato-sensei said sounded like a movie line to Yuki, he was sure he had heard it in a movie somewhere.

"You were thought that all kizo users have primary kizo and that they would later unlock secondary kizo and also have base kizo, well you shouldn't listen to that kind of stuff if you want to become stronger." Kabato-sensei paused briefly before continuing. "The only people that believe that are the kizo users who are weak and have no intention of becoming strong. All the kizo the a person has should be treated equally, you shouldn't classify them. If you classify them then you would think one is stronger than the other, when in reality they are all equal and no one is stronger than the other." Kabato-sensei explained. He was very correct with his explanation, all the strong kizo users who were part of the NAMIN organisation never classified their kizo infact they treated all of them equally and never thought one was stronger than the other.

"Do you understand?" Kabato-sensei asked while fixing his eyes on his two students.

"Yes." They both answered.

"And another thing I don't want both of you to call out the names of your special moves before using them. It's just a waste of breath, I know that calling out the names helps with concentration and makes the attack more powerful but you shouldn't do this unless the attack has to be fatal and powerful enough to take your opponent out with one hit."

"Okay." They both answered.

"Very good." Kabato-sensei touched his beard and opened his mouth to speak. "Now let's begin the real training."

Yuki felt excited he was sure that by Kabato-sensei teaching him he would become the strongest kizo user on the planet, but that dream was a very big one. And he had a worry that he couldn't do it all before he turned eighteen years old.
