In the eastern border region of the Galama Empire, there lies an ordinary town called Rhein Town, where the majority of the residents are of the Human Race.

It is worth mentioning that although the Galama Empire is ruled by Lizardmen, not all within the country are Lizardmen; a considerable number of humans live here with a lower social status.

Within the Galama Empire, Lizardmen are inherently considered superior, while humans and other Sub-humans are categorized together.

The term "Sub-humans" was originally proposed by human scholars to differentiate pure-blooded humans from other intelligent species. Offspring produced by humans interbreeding with other species are also classified as Sub-humans.

However, the Lizardmen of the Galama Empire regard themselves as the noble descendants of great dragons, while humans are merely the creations of gods (in Lizardmen mythology, dragons reign supreme over the gods), so on their territory, humans and other Sub-humans are of equal status.
