She planned a something that her father emperor would concede for the option she would offer.

"Father Emperor, your daughter has decided to give compensation regarding this matter." Gu meiya slowly explained.

Emperor gazed at her scoffed lightly. This daughter of his always will compensate whenever an obstacle occurred. It was always money. He knew this daughter of his had a knack for business. And she never lacked money.

This time was no exception.

"Father Emperor how much would you like this time." Gu meiya asked without any shame.

It really looked like some kind of court official being bribed. The father and daughter duo looked at each other silently. Emperor sat rigid at his seat.

Gu meiya thought her father was not satisfied such she said. "Father Emperor how about daughter compensate in gold?"

Emperor still didn't budge. Gu meiya looked at her father who is acting like a stubborn kid, and shook her head. The reputation of the ruler will be ruined if this affair known to the world.

Eunuch Gao looked at the both of them. And in his heart he blamed the emperor for being wilful.

Both father and daughter will always have this kind of relation with each other.

Emperor still didn't come to terms. Astonished Gu meiya looked at father and asked. "Father Emperor what is it really you want this time?"

Emperor smiled as he finally got his way. "It's easy. You should pay five hundred thousand gold prices. Which will be playing with your brothers."

Gu meiya looked at her father and her mouth twitched a little. Although she tricked him but five hundred thousand gold prices looked too much.

And she had owed him another favor.

Emperor continued "promise to us that you will attend this year's alliance banquet."

Gu meiya shifted her gaze in to her father face looking intently at him for a while. Eunuch Gao felt the pressure in the room increase.
