The children could be seen decorating the house,today was the day when Jocelyn will be discharge from the hospital

It was Dylan idea,they sat down tiredly after finishing the decoration

It was still 4AM in the morning, the chirping of the birds could be heard

"What's this?" Mandy said looking at Dylan rules and regulations guide

"Wow…life of a rich kid" Mandy said rolling her eyes

"And your babysitters follow all the rules,bet my mother didn't follow the rules" Mandy said laughing out

She knows her mother so well,she was the type who doesn't follow the rules especially from a spoilt brat

"How did you know?" Dylan asked in surprise

"Have you not hear the say that like mother like daughter,our mother taught us not to allow anybody to boss on us,even if we come to a stage that we work under a boss, we should be polite but once the other side behave bossily then show them who the real boss was" she said

"Oh" Dylan said

"Go and bath the younger male ones,while I bath the female younger ones" Mandy said to Dylan

"But your brother can do it" Dylan said referring to Craig

"But you're here doing nothing" Mandy said

"Leave him alone, have bath the everyone except you two" Craig said

"You guys should go and take your bath" Craig said

"OK thanks brother"she said giving Craig a peck on his cheek

While the latter just laugh at her behavior, Mandy was a bright kid who loves her family and anyone who treat them like shit will definitely feel her wrath

Whenever Jocelyn wasn't at home,she act like a small mother to her younger ones while Craig act as a father to them,Jocelyn played both the role of a father and mother to them,In the school they her know as the 'UNTOUCHABLE' no one dare to touch them even the teachers,touch one face eight,that was it,They love Jocelyn so much because she can go any length for them this made them to vow to become a better person in life to give their mother a better life,she has really suffered for them

"Do you think we can cook something for mother?" Mandy asked she had her bath and was dressed up looking so cute

"Do you know how to cook?" Craig asked

"We can asked Madam Victoria for help" she said

"After what happened?" Craig said

"That's why we have to do it,just watch out" she said going to Madam Victoria room

"Isn't it too early" Dylan asked

"You're right,we will come back later" Craig said

Jocelyn waked up a while ago staring at Kingsley who was sleeping on the bed beside her's

Kingsley stirred on the bed for a while before waking up

"Good morning" He said in a husky voice

"Morning boss" Jocelyn said

"Remove the formality" Kingsley said

"Kingsley" He muttered

"Oh,Good morning Kingsley" she said smiling at him

Kingsley loved the way the name sounded on her lips

"What the hell is wrong with me" he said looking away from her

"Pack your loads we will be leaving 6AM" he said he have a meeting to catch up

"Okay" Jocelyn said, the drip have been removed from her hand

"WELCOME HOME" the children yelled when Jocelyn and Kingsley opened the door

"In another person house,HER BOSS MANSION" Jocelyn thought staring at their smiling faces

"Thanks babies" She said,

Kingsley was surprised about how they were able to decorate the house well

"Mummy,am hungry" Sarah said tugging her dress,Sarah was a three year old foodie, who loves food more than anything, she doesn't care about anything except food

"What do you want to eat baby,Mummy will prepare it for you" Jocelyn said smiling squatting to her height stroking her hair lovingly

This action made Kingsley to stare at her,she was the true definition of a mother,not minding that she just got back from the hospital

"Pancake"Sarah said

"Let's get to work" she said

"Welcome home,Thanks for saving me" Dylan said

"You're welcome, but how come you're so quiet today" Jocelyn said

"He has to be" Mandy said

"Go and play,let me go and prepare the food" she said talking to the kitchen

"Yahh!!" They yelled rushing to Dylan's room since that his where there were so many toys and interesting things to play with

Jocelyn started cooking,she focus on the food not noticing Kingsley who lean on the door staring at her while smiling

She tried to take an ingredient from the shelf but her hands were not reaching,She stood on a small chair not knowing that the chair wasn't standing very well, she was about to take the ingredient when she started falling to the ground, she closed her eyes waiting for her to land on the floor when she felt a stiring arm on her waist preventing her from falling

"Boss" she mutter staring at into his eyes,which held lot of emotions

"He look so handsome, am I just noticing" She thought staring at his face

"Are you okay?" Kingsley asked

"Yes" she said hiding her blushing face from him

"OK" Kingsley said making her stand on her feet

"Thanks boss" She said

"Boss?" Kingsley asked staring at her

"Kingsley" she said

"Hmmm" Mandy,Love,Joy,Craig and Dylan clear their throat noisily

"What?" Jocelyn asked

"We are hungry,and we came to see what you were doing only to find you in his arms" Mandy said straightforwardly

"Mandy!!!" Jocelyn thought

"Mandy" she said

"Mother!!!, Continue cooking" Mandy said

FEW MINUTES LATER

Jocelyn served everyone the pancake,before pouring honey on the pancake, when she get to Kingsley side and was about pouring honey

"Don't pour it,he's allergic to honey" Dylan said

"Oh" Jocelyn said putting the honey on the table

"Thank God,I came at the right time" Louis said taking a huge bite from Mandy's pancake

He looked up to see everyone looking at him,slowly he turn his head to the right only to see a scary Mandy glaring at him

"Do you know how long having been waiting to eat mother's delicious pancake,now you ate it" she glaring at him

"Learn how to respect elders Mandy,here have mine" Jocelyn said pushing her plate towards Mandy

"Thanks mom,but an adult should also respect themselves, respect is reciprocal" Mandy said

"What are you now going to eat?" Dylan asked

"Wow… are you worried about me?" Jocelyn asked him

"In your dreams" he said

"Mandy what you did to Jasmine is not good at all,Kingsley have you watch the video "Louis said

"What did she do?" Jocelyn asked glaring at Mandy

"Here watch the video" Louis said giving Kingsley his phone

Jocelyn moved closer to Kingsley, looking at the video with widened eye

"What did you do Mandy?" She asked

"Mummy, just ordinary lesson from a child, he is screaming his lungs out,more is still coming his way" she said

"And do you know who his he,why will you do that to him,how did you even get to know his house?" Jocelyn asked at once

"I don't care who he was,but do you know that he was the one who poison you when you where in the hospital" Mandy asked

"What!!"

"Yes,I don't see any reason why I can't teach him a small lesson" Mandy said

"How sure are you that he was the one who poisoned your mom?" Louis asked

"Because of this" she said bringing out a paper from her pocket

'JUST GOT BACK FROM THE HOSPITAL BOSS, AM SURE SHE MUST BE DEAD BY NOW"Jocelyn read out loud before folding her fist

"But still…" Jocelyn said

"Don't worry mother" Mandy said flashing her a smile

Everybody has retired to the room to sleep when the night came But Jocelyn couldn't sleep not when someone was after her life

"What I need right now is a cold bath" she said going to the bathroom

She stood under the shower as the water kept pouring on her head down to her body

"I must get the kids out of here,it isn't save for them" she thought stroking her hair

After few minutes she came out of the bathroom in a short towel,only for her to find Kingsley on her bed pressing his phone

"When did he get here?" She thought

Kingsley stared at her body,she was looking dangerously hot,the water dripping down her face,her fresh straight leg up to her laps

Jocelyn felt uncomfortable with the way he was staring at her

"Sir,why her you here?" She shuttered

"Sir?" Kingsley asked

"Kingsley" she said correcting herself

"I came here to request for a favour from you?" He said

"Which is?"she asked

"Can you be my date to the KAMS award party" He said pleading with his eyes

"I will think about it" she said

"OK,I will come back for your answer tomorrow" he said looking at her

"Ahhhhh!!!!!!" Jasmine screamed for the up tenth time as the doctor put an oily substance on his pant,bit right now they are trying to pull the pant off

After another attempt they finally pull the pant away

"Lila you will surely regret this" he said

"What are you waiting for?" He screamed at the doctor

"I have to change my wardrobe" he said

"I hope she didn't do anything to the attire am wearing on the KAMS award part" he thought

Jocelyn already brought the kids back home,right now she is currently seated with Daisy

"You mean he asked you to be his date for the KAMS award"Daisy asked in surprise

"What was your response?" She asked

"I said that am going to think about it" Jocelyn said

"What the hell are you thinking about?,that's a dream come true,do you know how many people who which to be a cleaner just to be there not to take of going as a date" Daisy said in excitement

"Don't worry,you will go and I will be the one to doll up your face" Daisy said with finality

"But I didn't tell you am going to agree" she said

"Your permission isn't needed babe" Daisy said

"But why will your boss pick you put of the numerous lady out there?" Daisy suddenly asked

"Was actually thinking the same" she replied

"Do you think that he has fallen for you?" Daisy whisper

"What the hell,my identity was exposed few days ago and you expect him to just fall in love with me,there's no way he can fall for me,the relationship between us is just that of an employee and an employer" Jocelyn said

Somehow she felt sad after saying that,what was this strange feelings

"You can't say,have you forgotten that there is love at first sight,there can also be Love after a few days" Daisy said gigging

"Enough, am going back,it's almost time to pick Dylan up" she said

"OK,let me escort you out" Daisy said

Jocelyn flag down a cab,she hopped into the car waving at her friend,the driver suddenly increased the speed scaring the hell out of her

"Who are you?" She asked after seeing that the drivers face was mask

Instead of replying the cab man increase his speed

"Wait we are already at my destination "she said but the man didn't utter a word

"Are you deaf and dumb" she yelled but the man paid her zero attention

"Even if you're going to kill me at least let me say my last wish" she yelled

"What if he was paid to die with her here,so that her killer won't leave a trace,she had read novels like that"

"What the hell have I gotten myself into" she screamed in her head

"Lord save me,if you save me I promised to thank you" she said when the car hit another one

Some cobs were following behind but the masked guy was a mad driver
