The hard, uncomfortable floors, chilling winds blowing through the cracks in the windows, and blood-sucking pests gave Jin an uncomfortable experience as he woke up, finding himself in a dungeon-like setting. His body, sore and aching, shivered due to the fever he had. As he sat up, he leaned over and vomited a black, inky substance that seemed to be alive.
The gangster looked at his surroundings but failed to recognize where he was, how he got there, and how he was going to get out. The man tried standing up, but the floors seemed to move sideways, his legs ached terribly, and his ankles were chained. His skin, gray and pale, itched terribly with black veins all over his forearms and jawline.
The man's vision, blurry and painful, was suddenly interrupted by his system's notifications reminding him of how close he was to death's cold embrace.
