[Inside the tunnels]
The dark, interconnected, intertwined tunnels deep in the desert's surface stretched for miles deep underground.
Its vast, dark circular-shaped cavernous holes stunk with the stench of rotting bodies, dried blood, and beast waste. Decorating the walls were hundreds of claw marks accented by the blotches of spilled, dried blood spritzed all over.
On the flat surface lay nothing but webs of silk with dried-up skulls and bones of creatures that had their guts liquified and sucked.
'Such a horrific scene.'
"Great. Just great." Two Junior Mutants, currently inside one of the many tunnels, exchanged sharp, harsh words with each other over the state they were in. Lyanna and Jason, the two Mutants under Tamsin and Xanthe, found themselves lost inside a wide tunnel that was eerily dark, cold, and smelly.
