*BOOOOM*
A massive dome of green energy generated from the mutant's body while increasing in size. Kong, who was close to the mutant, was blown off his feet and sent slamming through the ground, struggling to get back his footing.
As soon as he did, his body collided with the green energy dome, causing his suit's electronics to malfunction and shut down. As the energy dome pushed through Kong's body, the gang leader pushed back and eventually managed to get into it.
His body screamed in agony while suffering countless electrocutions. Nonetheless, the gang leader pushed through the energy dome, which thankfully started to die down.
