Chapter Thirty-Five

The team is standing around a squared table with a holographic map floating in the middle. A few robotic floor sweepers beeped and chirped as they raced by your ankles. You step over some hoses that web around the entire flooring and make your way to the table. Helena and the soldier step up beside you and close in around the holographic map. A few soldiers sat around lazily, kicking back and tossing a ball back and forth. As soon as Helena stomped up to the table they jumped at attention. You recognize a few of them, but you can’t remember their names.

“I figure if we enter here, Sector 4 near the industrial sector we may have better luck. Readings point to some great flat surfaces we can land unnoticed.” Helena says as she spins the map around, pinching the imaginary screen she spread them enlarging the map so we can see the terrain.
