Teardrop

"Can't catch me! hahaha"

The sky was a clear blue and the grass green, three children are playing tag around in one of the local parks.

"No fair! you run faster than us!"

One of the children who loved his friends so much began to tease his friend that can't keep up.

"Madison its just because you're a girl!"

"Hmmph, I'm telling my mom on you!"

"No please I'm sorry..."

As the children were getting done playing in the park their parents were on the benches gladly making memories of their kids.

"Zach and Joshua have been teasing poor Madison way too much"

"That's how kids are Jennifer"

"Well Madison will forget about it anyways hehe"

The children began to run towards their parents as it was nearing the evening with Joshua at the front leading them to their parents.

"Zach I'll see you tomorrow! bring your toys as well please!"

"Okay! you better bring your Hyperwoman figure!"

"Madison I'm sorry will you play with us again?"

"No, I will never!"

Madison crossed her arms and bid behind her mother.

Joshua tried to look behind Madison's mother to take a glance at Madison but when he did he saw a bright light that looked like a teardrop.

In the skies about a hundred miles away from Syphon City there is a meeting going on between all eight Aspect Queens.

"Are you sure this is where it is" a woman with a blue robe and white hair, the Aspect Queen of Time says.

"No doubt about it, this is where we get our answers from" another woman says. She has long purple hair down to her hips and is wearing a revealing black dress. She is the Aspect Queen of Darkness.

"So we need to make it look like an accident then yes?" this time a muscular woman with dark brown hair and fiery eyes exclaimed. She is the Aspect Queen of Fire also known as Hyperwoman.

"The item is about 20 miles below the surface of Syphon City, we can get to it closer by dropping a nuclear bomb so reporters and government spies can't see us" a woman with silver hair and blue eyes told the other lords. She is the Aspect Queen of Ice

"I see, up to it then shall we?" An energetic woman with black hair and yellow streaks yells to the unbothered group. The lady is the Aspect Queen of Lightning

"Mom look a shooting star!" Joshua yells causing all three mothers to hold their ears.

"Joshua calm down and make a wish then!" Joshua's mother Irene says looking at where little Joshua was pointing at.

"Dear god..." she mumbles under her breath looking at the ever so closer bright teardrop.

"I wish!..."

At that moment everything seemed to freeze the "Shooting Star" hit the ground in the center of Syphon City

A bright flash of white engulfed Joshua as he had is eyes closed and was confused because he hadn't opened his eyes.

Next thing he knew he was blown far away backwards crashing into a mountain, knocking him out instantly.

"huh? Mom what happened?" Joshua mumbled as he was getting up, his legs both broken due to smashing against a wall.

"Aagghh" Joshua cried noticing his broken legs.

Joshua looked around because everything was still very bright.

He saw eight figures far in the distance walking towards the largest hole Joshua has ever seen.

However his eyes burned with excitement and his pained dulled because he saw his idol! Hyperwoman! She was his favorite superhero because she wields what he thinks is the coolest power out of the eight heroes, Fire!.

"Hyperwoman i'm here please!"

"HYPERWOMAN!"

"PLEASE HYPERWOMAN!"

Hyperwoman looked towards the child far in the distance and turned her head going further into the hole.

"Nooooo!"

Ten hours passed as Joshua was hot from the radiation, thirsty, and hungry. He grasped the burnt dirt to make his way towards the hole.

The eight Aspect Queens then came out of the hole at that time. Seeing Joshua they began talking about the pitiful child that was beginning to be succumbed to radiation poisoning.

This time Joshua managed to hear them.

"So we didn't find anything?" One of the lords who looked like a giant cloth covering her mumbled. She was the Aspect Queen of Space.

"No, there was nothing valuable even when we used all of our resources we secretly got" A woman with lime green hair said as she gnashed her teeth in frustration. She was the Aspect Queen of Earth

"The what the fuck did we bomb this city for!?"

Another woman with blonde hair cried to the group. She was the Aspect Queen of Light.

Hyperwoman at that time glanced at the poor child clawing his way toward him. "We need to leave" she said

The rest of the lords agreed and teleported away with the help of the Aspect Queen of Space.

As they left, Joshua froze because this was all their fault! and they didn't even help him!

Joshua cried and cried as he was crawling to the massive hole in the ground because he wants to be with his mom, dad, and friends up in where he believed was Heaven.

His quickest way there would be to fall in that hole.

He went to the edge of the hole after a gruesome seven hours of crawling with his fingers and nails bleeding leaving a stain on the dirt.

He didn't have anything else because if the heroes didn't save him then who will?

Joshua then fell into the deep dark abyss.
