The Day I Turned Slime (2)

The slime is roaming around the tiny cave, with the use of his energy core, at first stage, he can finally sense its surrounding better.

Compared to other slime, it probably to thinking that it is the only one rational in terms of intelligence. The slime is just sensing then decomposing some organic materials that are present in the cave and nothing more.

"Hmm... it has been a week since I can sense the energy but I still can't figure the way out of this cave. It is really complex. I've been trying to find where the ground moles are using as a way but I can't really find it."

Under that deep soil is where the nest of the slime are residing. It doesn't really matter to them since can live in a harsh environment.

Slime are creatures that does not possess any ounce of intelligence. They are not even aware that they are slime, except for one.

The only slime that possesses a consciousness saunters in the tight and narrow tunnel until something unexpected happen.

"In my past life, I used to kill people, but look at me right now, I now below to one of the weakest creatures that are existing in this world. Well, I should at least to see the world outside than sit idle in this tunnel, I should—!"

His [Haku] senses an unbelievable amount of energy around him. He look at the ceiling and sense an even greater energy.

"This... I can sense it but it's still faint. What's happening outside?!"

The rage of Haku is 50 meters for starters but when someone masters it, it can reach up to 200 meters. But right now, the slime can sense a faint energy coming from above. This suggest that, he's below underground for at least 45+ meters.

The slime smile with a non existing curve of it's lips but the slime thought that it's almost impossible to go there.

"Well, I can't go there anyway." Thus the slime move away.

Above the location of the nest of the slime is a dry land with dead bushes and trees. However, there are two people standing, facing each other with a few meters of distance.

One of them is wearing a rouge clothing, a bandage his both arms while holding a sword. While the other one is wearing something with class, more like a Knight's military uniform. The knight is holding a spear instead of a sword.

"Finally, I've caught you! The Rouge Mercenary, Eroz." The knights proclaimed, basing on the tobe of his voice, it seems that the rouge person is in the wanted list.

"Caught me? Where? We haven't even cross our blade and you're already thinking that you have caught me. How amusing." Eroz stated. His face is hidden due to the turtle neck, but his red eyes are looking at the knight with a serious gaze.

"After all the crimes that I have committed, I have finally lured one of the aspiring future commander of the Knight's Order, the Fire Stabbing Spear, Hiro."

The Knight named as Hiro is looking at him, Hiro look like a noble with white skin and purple hair, he has a well toned body compared to Eroz whose body is covered with rouge clothes.

"Indeed, your case was very interesting to investigate. I had to put a lot of effort to just face you. Who would've thought that we're thinking the same. Well then, shall we start? My schedule is bit full."

Hiro tightly grips his long cross spear, and position his body into a fighting pose. Whereas, Eroz, raises his sword and unsheathes his sword.

The two uses [Peros], and the energy from their core scatters throughout their body and covering their weapons.

(Note: Peros is a technique that uses the energy of their energy core to strengthen their body and weapons)

Both of them stops talking as they both dive into seriousness.

They both disappear from their post, as if they have teleported. A moment later, they appear again with their weapon clashing with each other.

Clang!

Both of them are equal in strength and technique. They are showing their immense skills and power in battle as the land below them is starting to get destroyed but by bit.

Smiles are imprinted on their faces, enjoying the fight as if it's an entertainment.

Eroz swings his blade downward to slash Hiro, but the latter evaded the attack but the ground bursted with just the force of Eroz's attack alone creating a crater.

Some rubbles flew away, and while Hiro is in the air, he uses his feet to kick one huge rubble and aim it to Eroz.

Swoosh!

The large rubble flys towards Eroz, but the rouge criminal uses a technique to destroy the rubble.

His energy focuses on the blade creating a red smoke like energy covering his sword.

"You're quite good for an aspiring commander."

Eroz swings his sword and releases an crescent energy that destroys the rubble i to pieces.

Eroz uses the technique called [Sorep], it is the ability to emit energy that comes from the energy core.

"That should be a given since I'm going yo become one of the youngest commander in the history."

Hiro points his spear towards Eroz and also uses [Sorep] but instead of firing it to Eroz, he use sit to further strengthen his attack.

He uses that purple energy towards his body and thrust his spear towards Eroz, a straight line was created. However, Eroz easily deflected it using his blade.

"But you're still is still immature." Eroz proclaimed as he kicked Hiro in the chest making the Knight crash to the other side.

"Wow... you're extremely skilled as they say. I'll get scolded if I returned empty handed." Hiro replied without even minding that his previous attack was deflected.

"I guess, you'll get an ear if you can't catch me. So... good luck with that." Eroz replied.

[Slime's Nest]

The only conscious slime has stopped his movements as it can feel every vibration from the fight of Eroz and Hiro. It is getting annoyed with the strong shockwave.

"Gosh! Are they still not yet done?! Finish it quickly, it's a bit irritating down here!" The slime shouted inside its mind.
