As Satoru Gojo in the DC Universe

'Strange' is a term that can be defined in a number of ways. Though waking up as Satoru Gojo in a messed up world was certainly strange. Now follow the new Gojo on his path to becoming the strongest. Will he reach said goal, or merely die a meaningless death. Or maybe he will ascend as the honoured one.

Adapting quickly, cause I'm Satoru freakin' Gojo

"You're strangely quiet, Satoru. You sure you're feeling okay?" Having moved his chair to my desk, Tim stuffed his face with a simple chicken sandwich as he looked my way.

Figuring out his name was Tim, was rather easy. As he seemed to be pretty popular, he was regarded as one of the Academy's aces apperantly. Though that popularity seemed to pale in comparison to Goj-mine. Just walking through the hallways netted me attention from the female populace. Not one second went by without one of them sending me a smile and greeting me. Hell some of them even wanted to give me gifts. I was never one for attention so I retreated to the only semi-familiar place, the classroom. Where I learned we would be staying at even after brake.

Tim had decided to join. His full name was Tim Drake, so apperantly I was friends with Robin. Neat. Barring that I learnt that I was in the 11th grade so yeah there was that. I was still no closer to finding out why I was in the DC universe as Gojo of all people. The 'foreign' energy I had long since identified as Curse Energy, so there was that.

Normally being taken from you home and placed in another reality would cause no small amount of panic. But not like I had much in that place anyway. No lover, no family, no friends, no pets, no social life, no nothing. Though I would much prefer that boring life as opposed to life in this hell of a world. Even if I'm supposedly a version of Satoru Gojo. I mean what pshyco would wanna be in the DC universe?

"Satoru?"

"Hm? What were you saying again?" He gave a small sigh for whatever reason as he spoke.

"I said you're unusually quiet. Something happen?" He asked his tone laced with worry.

"Just don't feel like talking much, is all. I just want be done with school today so I can go home and sleep." I said as I leaned further back in my chair. In truth I wanted to go  home so I could properly assess this situation (Read: Panic all day long as I'm in the fucking Dc universe.) But where the hell is home? I didn't really get any memories of this version of Gojo. I just kinda popped into existence. But then what happend to the original Gojo, did he die again? Well shit.

"Yeah I feel you. School will never not be boring. I rather be out there rather than couped up five day's a week." Probably means he'd rather be out there being a hero. But isn't Tim usually pretty smart, couldn't he just skip school? Eh, doesn't matter I've more important thing's to worry about.

But there was something I wanted to check out real quick. Gazing past Tim's face my eye's latched onto a lone pencil on a desk a bit of ways away from us. Suddenly the pencil shot out from on the desk and towards us as if propelled by an invisible force. Apparently Tim was Spider-Man now as his head snapped backwards so fast I thought it would break. Simultaneously his free left hand shot up as he caught the propelled pencil. He looked at it confused before his eye's scanned over the classroom.

"Did you see who threw that?" He asked turning my way, but I feigned ignorance as I had long since turned my eye's and head elsewhere.

"See what now?"

"Nevermind." He easily enough dismissed before placing the pencil down.

Well that was surprisingly easy. Or maybe not as I do have Limitless, Six Eye's too apparently. Infinity should be a given then, something to test out later. Well atleast I won't be another mob, but that obviously still isn't enough. In Jujutsu Kaisen, Infinity used to be the ultimate defence. You needed certain Special Grade curse tools or perfect Domain Amplification to get through it. Of course there was Sukuna who could cut through space....Damn I'm gonna be depressed whenever I look at this face.

But I need to get back on track. I really don't plan on being the centre of any kind of conflict but if I'm really brimming with Curse Energy then my power might be seen as foreign and dangerous. A certain edgelord of the night may not take too kindly to me. Barring that some might just wanna study me (Read: Do their inhumane experiments on me.) And that would be a pain. Either way, I refuse to be weak in this world. But currently what can I do? Infinity is a maybe, Blue is a can do. But what about Maximum output? Reverse Curse Technique is probably out of my grasp, unless I want a near-death experience. Which doesn't sound appealing.

But what could I do with Curse Energy other than using Curse Techniques? Reinforce my body and strengthen it. Given the absurd amount I have, I could be pretty strong, fast and agile. Damn, there's too much to test out.

But still did I have to be in Gotham of all places? Why the hell is it always Gotham? But which continuity is this then? Young Justice maybe? I don't really remember if Tim ever went to a school. Something to figure out later. For now I'll make it through this pain of an ass school.

I heaved a heavy sigh as I slumped my head on my desk. I forgot how much of a pain school could be, and I just had Biology for last period. Why the hell did this Gojo even pick Biology of all thing's!?

"C'mon, school isn't that bad." Surprisingly Tim and I had the same subjects so I really only had to follow him around. That saved me a ton of trouble as for obvious reasons, I rather not go prancing around like a lost lamb.

"It is that bad." I responded.

"You know, school probably wouldn't be as bad if you actually put more effort." Tim stated as I cocked up an eyebrow at his word's. "You're smart Satoru but too lazy."

Guess me and this Gojo is similar in that regard. I've never really put any effort in much, in school I just did the bare minimum to pass and study further. I had no dreams or ambitions. But that will change now, I was going to be putting effort into something. And that was power.

"Eh, putting in effort sounds like too much of a pain." I say with a shrug as I stood up from my desk, taking my bag and slinging it over my shoulder.  He just shook his head with a sigh.

"Same old Satoru." If only.

I have made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement.

I don't know where I live. Or more specifically where this Gojo lived....used to live, I neglected to ask Tim. He seemed as though he was a close friend of this Gojo, so maybe he might've known. But I mean, I can't be like "Yo, know where I live 'cause I forgot" yep that did not at all sound suspicious. I have a wallet on me though, it had some bills and an ID as well as a Driver's Licence. Looks like I'm officially Satoru Gojo, age 16, Date of birth: 7th of December in the year 2000.

Which meant the current year was 2016 or 2017? Eh, it's kinda confusing. But I would've never guessed given how vast Gotham's city scape is.

Having briefly removed my glasses I got a good view of almost everything.

Stretching out into the horizon was countless buildings reaching up towards the sky. The city was a tapestry of concrete, steel, and glass, with towering skyscrapers casting long shadows across everything below.

Walking through Gotham, I couldn't help but be struck by the sheer scale of the city. Every building just seemed taller than the last, and the streets were a maze of winding alleys and busy thoroughfares. Grimy walls and industrial piping run rampant throughout the cityscape, hinting at a bygone era of Gotham.

Though despite the array of towering buildings, the city felt enclosed and almost claustrophobic. The streets were narrow and winding, with buildings jutting out at all angles. Smoke from factories and exhaust fumes from the various cars added to an eerie atmosphere of pollution and decay.

The city was mostly illuminated by flickering streetlamps or the neon glow of a nearby building. But the darkness never fully receded, despite it having to be a nearing Evening everything was already so dark.

The street's were quiet too, with mostly a few car's driving through the road. The few people who were strolling on the sidewalks looked nervous and jumpy, their eye's were constantly jumping around, looking at every little thing that moved. Though I couldn't help but crack a grin as their eye's swepped over me.

They looked so flabbergasted by my apperance. You'd think with all that happens in DC people wouldn't be that freaked out over some kid with white hair and otherworldly blue eye's. But eh, I'll take the attention.

("Yes, bask in the glory that is Satoru Gojo.") A smirk graced my features as I flicked a bang of my hair to two passing women. Their faces flushed and they even held expressions of awe.

Not gonna lie, that's kinda fun.

But all fun thing's must come to an end.

"Look at pretty boy prancing around like he owns the place." A rather gruff voice reached my ears as various footsteps did as well. I look forward to see what I could only describe as a few generic looking thugs.

Thug number 1, the one who spoke was a burly bald man. Wearing a white stained tank top along with baggy pants along with untied shoes.

Thug number 2, wore an overgrown hoodie along with a black cap and jeans with a chain hanging from them.

Thug number 3 and 4 were dressed much the same, black jackets and jeans.

And finally thug number 5, yep there were 5 of 'em. He was much larger than the rest. He had a tight black shirt on exposing his large arm's full of biceps. The few people on the street's were already scurrying away, not wanting to play hero and get caught up in any trouble. Not even seconds later and the street's were devoid of almost anyone safe for these generic thugs and I.

Ah my protagonist initiation. Beat up conveniently placed thugs to assert my dominance.

"Ooh, an entourage? Ya shouldn't have." The snark left my mouth before I could even registered what to say.

"Pretty boy's got lip, huh? That'll change real soon." Thug number 1 spoke up again as the other's sneered my way.

"You called me pretty twice now. You got a crush? Sorry but you're not my type." An apparent vein bulged on his bald ass head as he scowled.

"Ya see me and my friend's just wanted some cash. You're from that Gotham Academy so we know you're loaded. We were just gonna rough you up a bit but for that lip I'll be personally breaking you're legs, but first..." Thug number 1 gestured to the big guy, thug number 5.

Said thug cracked his neck as he flexed his muscles before stepping forward and coming my way. I expect a guy like him would've said something like 'nothin' personal kid' before punching me but my toothy grin must've pissed him off as he just immediately went for a right hook. His meaty fist barreled straight at my face, but....

"Wha...." Thug number 5 looked baffled, perplexed, bewildered and utterly confused.

To an outside perceptive it looked like he was just keeping his fist idle near my face. But he was trying and failing to reach me, there were more apperant veins bulging on his arm and neck as he tried to reach me by continuously pushing his fist forward, his knuckles whitened more as he clenched his fist even tighter.

"Huh, that was alot easier to use than expected." My muttering must've further confused the already confused man.

"Dominic! What fuck are you doing!? Kick his ass already!" Word's of encouragement flew from thug number 2 as poor Dominic grit his teeth.

"Aww, don't blame poor Dominic he's trying his best." Clenching my own fist, my Curse Energy reinforced my being. Spreading through every vein, blood vessel, organ and my very bone structure. "Here we go..." My right fist shot out in an unclear blur, connecting with the thugs jaw with a sickening crack.

The impact was more powerful than I exspected as the man was lifted off his feet, hurtling backwards through the air and over his thug buddies. He crashed into a parked car, denting the door with a sickening crunch before falling to the ground in a heap. The car alarm blarred loudly as the remaining thugs looked at the collapsed form of their larger comrade.

"Wah..." Thug number 3 couldn't help but blurt out the incoherent sentence.

"Oof, pretty sure I held back there. Can't believe the bug guy was that weak." I flexed my right hand with a grin as I continued. "So who's next?"

"Tch! Why the fuck are you all standing here with your thumbs of your asses. Kick the brats ass!" Thinking himself the leader thug number 1 barked out the order. Still shocked thug numbers 2, 3 and 4 scurried around. The latter two steadily made their way behind me, idly standing there not sure what to do. Thug number 4 stood by thug number one's side, all of them in an awkward fighting positions.

Taking off my glasses I shoved them in my pockets.

("Good, no cameras or curious cat's. Guess I can experiment a little, sure I'm exposing myself to these guy's but who'll listen to some weakling gangsters?")

I rose my right hand to the sky, an action that evoked confusion, evident from their expressions. Though confusion was soon replaced with shock.

The thugs all shot foward simultaneously. Their feet left the ground as they found themselves propelled higher to a singular spot.

"Wah!?"

"Fuc-"

"Shi-"

Any word's they had were cut off as they harshly collided with eachother inches above my head. The collision was so hard that I even heard a few cracks. Their bodies fell though they appeared to merely slid off an invisible force covering me as they crashed to the pavement. Seems they were unconscious, not surprising.

"Well, blue and Infinity are a given then. Neat." Now I need to somehow access Reverse Curse Technique, then I can heal from almost any injury. And I'll also get Reversal Red and by extension Hollow Purple.

But that won't be enough.

I want even more power. If I really am going to be trapped in this world then I'll reach even greater heights.

But for now I'm content. Though since I'm Gojo, can I take his name? I kinda forgot mine it seems. Luckily that's the only thing I can't recall. Hopefully that's the only thing.
