White Tiger King's Dilemma

The Three-Eyed White Tiger King just wanted to peacefully live in his own territory. For ages, while occasionally, humans have come by, there have been none who dared mess with him. However, the events that occurred in the past few days made him depressed to the point of wanting to commit suicide.

First there was that stupid eagle who contested with him for his flower… Then there was that little insect who managed to steal the flower. However, what made the White Tiger King want to spit blood the most was the fact that the insect was actually backed by an existence that shouldn't exist in this world! Unable to snatch back his flower, the Three-Eyed White Tiger King could only swallow his pride and waddle back into the forest.

Just when the White Tiger King had thought it would all be over, that soon, the nightmare would pass and they would leave, however, right after those troublemakers came another one! This one was even less pleasant! This human legitimately was threatening to burn down his forest! If it wasn't for how scary the human's flames looked, the White Tiger King would have surely picked a fight with this man.

Unable to fight him, unwilling to fight him, and fearful of meeting him, the White Tiger King could only bow his head and hide in the depths of the forest, hoping that this would tide over without any issue.

That was when he heard a voice in his head. It was a voice he feared, DREADED hearing again. The voice of that white cat… A demon, a devil, a monster! An existence not meant for this small world… The White Tiger King couldn't resist, he dared not resist.

However, when the White Tiger King heard what the white cat had to say, he almost fainted from shock and fear. She wanted him to face the flaming monster-human floating in the sky right now.

'Ah, my ancestor! There's no need to punish me! I have already suffered enough! Why send me out to die?'

However, the White Tiger King had no choice in the matter. It was either he risked dying from the flaming monster-human or he really died from the little white cat. At least, the White Tiger King reasoned to himself, the flaming monster-human's ways will be a little quicker and less painful.

With no other choice, the White Tiger King could only do as he was told. Ripping a tree out of the ground with his teeth, he hurls it at Serxe.

Serxe had been rushing towards the white beam of light as quickly as he could. In fact, he was so focused on the beam of light that he didn't notice the flying tree hurtling towards him at insane speeds until it was right on him.

From the corner of his eyes, Serxe saw an uprooted tree flying through the night sky. At first, he thought he was seeing things, after all, when did trees gain the ability to fly. However, he figured out that it was very much real. Unfortunately though, he had to figure it out the hard way.

In seemingly slow motion, the hard wood trunk of the tree made contact with Serxe's face. It caved in his already dented face even further, before sending him reeling a few hundred feet. Quickly, Serxe recovers his balance and looks around for the one who threw it. Of course, instead of seeing who threw it, all he saw was a lot more trees flying towards him. Gritting his teeth, he quickly maneuvers and dodges all of them. In the process, he also managed to lock in on the one who threw them.

It was a little tiny insect in the forest. With his anger burning furiously, Serxe instead pointed a finger towards the small white insect.

When the White Tiger King saw the flaming monster-human look over at him, he felt his blood freeze. The only thing that went through the White Tiger King's head was: 'I'm so dead.'

However, when Serxe pointed a finger at the White Tiger King, not only was the White Tiger King still alive, but there were no injuries on him at all. The only issue was that the White Tiger King couldn't move. He felt as if all his muscles were bound by some invisible ropes, causing him to be unable to move.

The White Tiger King breathed out a sigh of relief. He had managed to survive. Plus, he didn't have to continue inciting violence. If the white cat were to blame him, he could just say the flame monster-human locked him up.

During this short interlude, the teleportation array was already complete with it's preparations and in a violent wave of energy, a small fissure in space was opened. It was a small, controlled crack, one that exuded an aura of mystery and deepness. Serxe, seeing that the spatial crack had already opened, knew it was hopeless for him to stop them at this point.

However, he was unwilling to give up. Wracking his head, he found the only solution he could think of.

Gathering his energy, Serxe closes his eyes.

"Flame Speedforge Sercret Technique: Soul Bird."

A sudden sharp stab of pain assaults his very essence, causing him to almost stumble out of the sky. However, at the last moment, Serxe catches himself. Breathing heavily, he looks down at the light transparent origami bird in his hand. With a blow, it completely vanished into the air.

As the spatial fissure swallowed up Lin Ke's body(which Lily was currently inhabiting) and Lia, Serxe shouts after them.

"I'll find you! No matter where you hide! I. WILL. FIND. YOU!"

As their vision fades, a small, intangible slip of energy secretly snuck itself into Lin Ke's body.
