WHERE DID THEY TAKE HER

Its been a week now since we last meet but we have been keeping in touch everyday over the phone. Today Royal Empire Hotel and ZENDRICK Companies will be having a meeting to discuss and signing of the alliances.I have been waiting for this day for so long so that I can see him, due to my schedule and his schedule its been hard to actually meet, being swamped with so much work, I hardly have free time with myself but I am trying to change that. Well even though I inherited all that Alexandrea left, we could say I inherited a bankrupt kingdom, the only reason why Alexandrea left everything to me is because he knew i could save his empire. His sister Sarah wasn't the best really and he spent everything almost bankrupted the entire Royal Empire Hotels, what was left was only scraps, lucky for me in the few years I was with Alexandrea I made enough connections, and they are the only ones helping me to survive at least, it's not easy but I can't give up now l, especially when I have struggled to get here. "Madam, the meeting with the ZENDRICK Companies is about to start" Laura and I have practically been working in this same space the entire week making sure we have covered ever area possible "okay let's head there then" from Laura's face Ii could tell that she was asking "since when did i get excited for a meeting?" well I get to see Alex even in my working schedule so Ii have to be excited "shall We?" I said while making my way to the door when Laura spoke "Ms Alexandrea you also have a dinner meeting with Mr Yoshida" wait what? how did that happen "What do you mean, why is that all over a sudden?" I don't remember her asking so how comes "Well Ms Alexandrea you accepted the meeting two days ago when we were working with the country A project, don't you remember?" to say the truth I remember nothing but i decided to play along with this story "Aaah yes I remember now, so that was Today?" "Yes Ms Alexandrea?" I just nodded and left for the conference room.I hoped that I might see Alex here when I opened the door but unfortunately he was no where to be found but who ever was stood up giving me my respect as I made my way to my seat "Ms Alexandrea sorry that our chairman did not make It, he had a last minute affairs to handle in country A, and I am here to represent him, I am the president of ZENDRICK Companies, we are glad that you gave up this opportunity, this will be the best alliance ever." To me I felt like he was talking to much or was it because the person I longed to see the entire week was not only her but outside the country, I mean what is this. I did decide to give then a listening ear though. The entire presentation went Well, I liked what they were offering and since I had already read there proposal all was needed was the signature, not to make it harder for them but I never play easy to gate, I am a long gamer "Well, I like everything about this project but I am going to need your chair man here for the signing so when he arrives let him know, I will be expecting his visit, have a great day ladies and gentlemen" with that said I stood up and left the room. the entire afternoon was spent in just working and when evening came, I like always had spare cloths in my office, I changed into a less official outfit before heading for the dinner.

Upon arrival I wondered why I would come all this was for a meal when I have my own restaurant🤦‍♀️."this way madam, Mr Yoshida has been waiting for you" he let me to this private room, classic but does not compare to Royal Empire Hotel private rooms. He was sitting there lazily, he looked tired though. "Well, Well, well what do we have here?" he said when he saw me walking closer to where he was. "I should be the one asking that but I guess I will find out soon won't I?" "Arsinoe, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever laid my eyes upon, here my lady" he placed his had forward signalling for mine and when I gave him my hand he gave it a slight kiss, enough to run chills around my entire body. I wondered, why his touch felt that way?. "I orders all your favourites, so let's dig in" but I preferred that we go straight to the point "What's with this dinner meeting Leo?" he seemed a little disturbed to me rather.

LEO POV

When she came in through that door its as if I saw an angel, I just want to make her mine, that's all I want. After making sure I have messed with her head I helped her take a seat across me. As we were about to eat she asked a question that I did not know what to answer "what's with this dinner meeting Leo?" so what can I say huh, should I say 'ooh well I heard that you and Alex had disappeared for hours that day and that I am insanely jealous that he might take you away from me and I let go of an important deal when I found out you were meeting with Alex today' well i wish it was that simple "Its nothing I just wanted to see my Arsinoe, is that a crime?" "and also I wanted to have dinner with my business partner" well at least that got the awkwardness away "Well you are right, it's good you got me out of that busy schedule of mine, I might soon turn into a zombie" what's weird is that ever since she came back I could count the times she has smiled, before it was never hard to see her smile bit now she hardly smile, does that have to do with her scarf on her back. I miss my old Arsinoe, the one who would not only smile but make everyone smile as Well, where did they take her?.
