MIA'S POV

I was about to shut the door when someone grabbed the door from behind as I turned around it was Adam.

"Adam??".

"NO, it's not Adm it is someone else," he said while chuckling.

"just stop it already, are you here to help me or make fun of me" I angrily said.

"Okay so what happened?" he carelessly asked.

"Adam you think it's a joke?" I asked him while being dishearted.

"oh no dear, did I just say it already, I was just thinking the same whoa you can be a good psychiatrist. "how come you are not believing me"? I enquired with worry.

"What then huh? believe on you believe what you will say? I am hundred percent sure you gonna say something about Isa that you've seen her or she is in your room" he casually asked.

"H..how can you say that I saw her"? I inquired him as I was thinking how he can still think about that bitch, why he just can't forget her, she was really a magician.

"oh C'mon stop being so dumb already, tell me what happened".

I told him the whole story, though I know that he is the one who had never believed in things like this. After he had carefully listened my story he started:

"Look Mia, listen, nothing like ghosts exists, did you get that? if they were real why would you be alive till now" He literally started giving me a lecture?

"Maybe they wanted to scare me to death". I wisely replied.

"No you dumb" he insulted me in a somber tone.

"look nothing like they exist, now I don't want to hear any shits like that from your mouth.

I nodded while lowering my head.

"Good, I'm going now," he said and was about to go when I grabbed him from behind. "don't go, please," I said while making the cutest face I have made ever.

"Jeez, girl do you have any idea your parents will kill me to death if they came and watched that I am spending my night with you," he said with a serious face.

"Gosh~ Adam please it's one night only," I said while trying my best to persuade him. "And what if you do something with me while I was sleeping?" he said with a strange smile on his lips.

"Hey C'mon stop joking around," I said while hitting him on the shoulder and he just laughed.

Meanwhile in my thoughts: yeah Adam I do like you but I am not that much stupid to tell you, fortunately, I got a chance to be with you, to keep you near me, I can see you for the whole night without even blinking.

"Hey where did you lose," Adam said while clapping in front of my eyes.

I chuckled, "leave it already, you will scold me if I told you that's why just leave it," I said wanting him to ask me again what I was thinking.

Meanwhile, Adam was like he said "okay then don't tell me I will be here with you but when your parents arrived I will leave"

I said, "No, why would you leave?". "And why would I stay?" he inquired me, well yeah he was right.

" Okay then just stay here as long as mom and dad aren't home" I sadly said.

he walked towards the sofa and lay down. While I want him to be here with me on my left side of the bed, though it was not possible I'll definitely do anything to be with him.

After a while, I thought that he must be sleeping. I turned around in his direction and started looking at him thoroughly.

How can be someone that handsome? He was looking dashing in a grey T-shirt while elbow-folding sleeves. some of his hairs were scattered on his face. He was just perfect, as I was looking at him with so much interest "I know that I am very handsome but don't look at me like this, or I'll catch an evil eye". he said while keeping his eyes closed.

I really felt too embarrassed and immediately turned to the other side of the room and closed my eyes trying my best to avoid him.

The next day, I woke up but found no one on the sofa 'maybe he left' I thought. I got up from the bed and checked my phone if there was any message or notification. In our friend's group, there was a message from Jess it was

"guys let's go somewhere for an excursion", I ignored the message and went towards the washroom to get freshened.

I got out of the washroom and checked the In the group Adam texted "k I'm ready"

as I was just finding a way to meet Adam I immediately replied "k I'm ready too" and then Lia's message was shown on screen "guys make sure that the place isn't scary at all", then Jess's message

"don't worry ma'am we will not go into any forest rather we will go to playland"

Joe: C'mon Jess, grow up kid...

Adam: He's right, I think we should go to some creepy place... hehe

At that I thought Adam please stop being so brave why are you even talking about this, you should know babe that your one-sided love is so timorous.

Lia: Adam, bro. you okay??? Do you really think we will again go to a place like this....

Adam: So all of you wanna go to playland?

Jess: yeshhhhhhhhh

Lia: it's not like that but we don't want to go to any shity place like that....

Joe: I think playland is better than your spooky places

Me: guys let's go to the Hunza Valley

Adam: you serious girl, that's too far we are going for an outing, not for a week

Me: well yah you are right

Meanwhile I was passing through a phase 'when you have been insulted by the one you loved'

Lia: guys let's go to the race course park..

Jess: yah yah okie

Joe: sounds good.

Me: ahan okay I'm ready too..

We decided on a time to show up and I started getting ready, while just thinking about Adam.

I want him to sleep with me every night I want him to be there with me every time not as a friend but... an idea popped out in y mind.

I thought I can confess my love to Adam for him. I immediately took my phone and personally texted Lia

Me: Lia, you there?

Lia: yeah what is it?

Me: Actually I want your help

Lia: hmm say it

Me: I want to confess my love to Adam.

Lia: What?? Wait!!! Adam???? When??

Lia: Are you for real??

Lia: oh my God, when did you grow that much girl to confess your feelings

she said while making fun of me.

Me: oh c'mon just help me, please.

Lia: Okay, then I'm ready to help you.

Me: awwww I love you

Lia: hey don't waste your love keep it for Adam or I say for my future brother-in-law

Me: fine just stop teasing me :)
