"You what?" I blink.

"I've been thinking about it, and I know there's not a way to fully leave the Mafia but I don't want our sondaughter to live like this. ."

"But babe... this is all you know. Honestly, I would feel better knowing that our baby is safe and as much as I hate to admit? it,?it's safer?being in the Mafia than being out of it."

"Tequila. He'll become the next boss—"

"And he'll do great at it cause he has the best teacher there is." Do you hear what you're saying Tequila?

"Phew," he breathes out and I raise an eyebrow. "I would've honestly missed this. I love you." He grins and I wink.

"Right back at you?daddy."

Recently I found out that Ace's job isn't all that illegal. He doesn't smuggle jobs, but instead, he eliminates criminals by breaking into the Police force's computer, finding the Intel, and well... either turning them in anonymously or getting rid of them himself.
