"Mate, would you look at that!"

Said Ramsey to Bill after 1 month which passed like 3 days for Ramsey.

"What? Look at what?"

"Time, boy it's running like a rabbit!"

"Ain't that good for you, Ramsey?"

"Yes, but I started to like it here, you know… no boredom?"

"No boredom but your life's always on the line. They mutated 5 times this month."

"What? How'd you know? You barely see the outer world! And Scott, Scott was shot by Joseph!"

said Ramsey.

"Yeah, remember when you and Gordon rescued Joseph and George?"

"Yes?"

"I was out there researching these Regenerated and man that's annoying!"

"What is annoying?"

"How fast they mutate, Ramsey, this virus knows how to always be one step ahead, like if it was watching us and is reacting to everything we do!"

"So what's new?"

Ramsey Asked.

"I've got multiple corpses and well, all of them had one thing in common, they had 2 two hearts, 2 brains, and when I inspected their blood, it had the remains of the virus in it. And well, unlike the entire body. The remains of the virus in the blood are different. As they can help increase HGH!"

"But… how on earth can they grow?"

"Considering they've got two brains, they can do it as much as they like and as easily as they like."

"This is crazy."

At the human hunt corps.

"Captain!"

"Yes Private, what is it?"

"We could finally find where the remaining survivors are!"

"Good, get the men ready. We're going to kill some rabbits."

1 month later for everyone 2 days later for Ramsey.

"For how long have you been here, Ramsey?"

"I don't know Gordon. But I know that time started to get messed up for me."

"How so?"

"Since Bill told me about the mutation rate thing, it was 1 month ago. Right?"

"Yes."

"but that 1 month went by like 2 days."

"Strange, maybe the end is near?"

"Probably. But I can feel this is the beginning of something big. Like I dunno, a war?"

"On what? Or with what? What about it exactly?"

"Like, those human hunt thing. I don't know but they may be looking for us, they don't know where our bunker is. That's the good thing though."

"Yeah, you're right. I mean, when you were running behind us and you said they had a car, I didn't want to meet with those fellas again anymore."

"But, if we were going through a war with them, we gotta be ready for them. I mean, they've got the majority with them!"

When Joseph and George came to the bunker… (2 months ago)

"Father, we've finally got to the bunker! I knew this was a bad idea from the start!"

"Relax Joseph."

As Aaron was about to stop them just like Ramsey in the past, Gordon explained to Aaron that they were completely safe because they slept the whole night without turning into a regenerated.

"Hey, I know that it's been quite hard for everyone here… but just stay calm."

Joseph walked through the bunker and he noticed Scott.

Scott was literally pleading for his death, not life.

"Oh crap! Who are you?!"

"I'm just… please. Kill me. I can't stay like that."

Joseph noticed the handle of the door and quickly opened the door. Scott pointed at the cannon that had the ball in it. And fired the ball at Scott's head. Now Scott was dead, Ramsey heard that and quickly ran to see what is up.

He found Scott dead and Joseph was inspecting Scott's blood.

"WHAT DID YOU DO JOSEPH!"

"I did what he asked me, please. Calm down."

"Are you kidding me! No way he would've wanted you to kill him!"

"I swear he asked me to do it!"

"But… come on!"

Bill came and when he what happened he was completely disappointed.

"I'm out of words. That's your first alert. You screw it up 2 more times, you are sleeping out of the bunker. Understand?"

"BUT! HE WANTED ME TO KILL HIM!"

"I don't care anymore."

"Hey, Bill. Scott is already he had lost hope indeed. Like… come on mate. He did what he was asked to do!"

"What If he was lying?"

"I don't think he would."

"How do you know?"

"I've got my own methods of knowing who lied and who didn't. Don't worry, he's safe."

"Fine, fine."

Last month…

those 18 months Ramsey was supposed to live. All of them felt like 10 days.

"Today is the day probably. Is it?"

Said Bill

"Yes, I think Author is gonna narrate it."

"Narrate what?"

"I don't know I'm just confused and I'm out of ideas."

"You seem lik-"

The bunker started shaking weirdly.

"Guys, we've got a situation!"

Said Gordon.

Ramsey looked through the one-sided window

The human hunt corps were out, and they were throwing grenades on the bunker.

"We've got a hard fight, Bill, go get the men, we've got some the whole human hunt corps on us!"

Ramsey could see a lot of people out there, he knew they were up for something terrible.

"Alright everyone listen up, Ramsey looked through the windows and he saw the whole human hunt corps on us!"

Said Gordon

"That's impossible!"

Said Josephine

"No, it indeed is possible. We're 50, we are not very high on ammo, make it count!"

Said Bill

"Modern Warfare 2 Reference!"

said Ramsey

"Dude seriously!"

Said Shepherd

"Sorry, sorry. Now, since we're 50, we've got 4 rooms. Okay, 10 hide in each room. For the last 10, We take covers and shoot whoever ent-" The bunker started shaking. Again. They had a device that could shake buildings!

"Okay, let me continue."

Said Ramsey

"Now, everyone here hides. Me, Gordon, Bell, Shepherd, Aaron. Another 5. We take cover and start shooting. On the other hand, someone must risk it and put this C4 on the door."

"Why Ramsey?"

Said Aaron.

"This door is unbreakable, but it looks like it's really breaking down and it won't hold out much longer. So, someone risks putting the C4 and running back to cover. Who does it?"

"Fine, I'm gonna do it."

Said Shepherd.

"Alright… now everyone got to the rooms, the ten of us. We should start finding covers before anything."

The nine got in position and Shepherd got the C4 and right before he could put the C4, the Human hunt corps already did that. And so the door broke and Shepherd was pushed because of it. And they started going in, When Aaron saw what happened he quickly started running to help Shepherd and they got into a room.

Captain Paul could see them, and he knew what was the plan

"Everyone, They're hiding in the rooms!"

40 Soldiers got in to shoot the people

And right away Ramsey and the other 7 started shooting but Gordon Was taking next to a man called James.

"James, Are you alright?"

Said Gordon who noticed that James was bleeding.

"Yeah, I am. But one of the metal pieces of that door… its nothing not a big deal."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am."

"BILL DID YOU LOCK THE WINDOWS?!"

One of the soldiers who was shooting quickly retreated to tell Paul that they have to find the windows.

10 Soldiers got their RPGs and shot the walls of the bunker.

And then it got official!

Aaron and Shepherd and the other 10 who were hiding got out of the bunker and they all had weapons with them, so the shootout started outside.

A lot of regenerated were drawn to the noise. 5 deaths for the bunker from that assault. The remaining 7 were gravely injured…

"SIR, THE ZOMBIES ARE COMING!"

"Okay, gotta feed these 7 to some zombies."

However, the Regenerated were swarming in the bunker and everywhere close to the bunker killing every single one it could find on both sides.

so far almost everyone from both sides died because of the regenerated.

except for the last 8 on both sides.

For the HHC, Captain Paul, and 3 male soldiers and the last 4 female soldiers survived in one of the RVs they had.

"Damn! THAT WAS A STUPID DECISION! CAPTAIN WHY DID YOU WANT US TO ATTACK THEM!"

Said Mary. As the 8 of them were cornered and Regenerated were everywhere.

"I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY MISSION! I SHOULD'VE LEFT THEM ALONE! I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THIS! WE'RE ALL DOOMED HERE!"

Shouted captain Paul.

"CAPTAIN! THE DOOR WON'T LA-"

Said a soldier who was trying to barricade the door with anything he could find, but the Regenerated broke the door and the windshield, every single window was broken by the regenerated. And they started coming in…

After 1 year and a half of struggling. The HHC ended in an RV.

The Regenerated came in. The shooting kept up until the RV was quiet from afar. You couldn't hear anything but the screams of 4 men, and 4 women. Getting ripped into pieces… and eaten.

In the bunker.

Only Gordon, Bill, and Ramsey could reach the emergency basement and they got there.

"Gordon, Ramsey. Are you both good?"

"Yes, we're good. But the bunker won't last so long like this!"

"COME ON AUTHOR! WHERE'S YOUR HELP!"

"Ramsey, he is not going to help us! We die here! There's nothing else we can do!"

Said Bill.

Now, I'm not gonna respond to Ramsey. Let's see how it ends up for him.

"Fine!"

Said Ramsey

The Basement just like the RV didn't last long.

"AH SCREW IT!"

Ramsey Threw a sticky bomb at the wall and when the wall collapsed the 3 men ran like so but regenerated were everywhere. And a Regenerated jumped on Bill's shoulder and started biting his shoulder!

"NO!"

Gordon shot the regenerated and quickly helped Bill up.

Ramsey heard the shot and he saw what they were into and he started backing them up.

Until they got into an open furniture shop. Ramsey locked the door And quickly barricaded the doors. The regenerated were running to get the three men.

"Look. Gordon… I'm not gonna survive."

"But, you said you are immune!"

Said Ramsey.

"What are you saying, Bill!"

"I'm not feeling so well. Even though it was a simple bite… I… please… survive for me. Everyone there died. We are their last hope."

"But… 2 men can't repopulate the earth!"

"That's the trouble you guys have. Both of you are homophobic, no girls. Everyone's dead. I guess you gotta pray that Ramsey's bullcrap is true."

Ramsey was out of words…

"Thanks, guys. Thanks."

And then Bill died…

"God… this is insane! The virus mutated so that it can infect people like Bill not through the air or anything except for bites."

Said Gordon.

"We have to move!"

said Ramsey.

"You. Have. To. Move."

"Excuse me? No way I'm going alone!"

"JUST GO RAMSEY!"

Gordon took off the mask. And he gave it to Ramsey.

"Now go. I'm infected. In a matter of minutes, I'm not gonna be your ally."

Ramsey had no words to say.

"What are you waiting for? JUST GO!"

Ramsey went upstairs until he reached the last floor. The rooftop.

"Great! Now I'm dead! I SHOULDN'T HAVE GOT HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!"

And then Ramsey fell to the ground… unconscious.

…

"Ramsey, RAMSEY!"

Said Ray.

"Ah, where a- DAD! MOM!" He hugged both of them right away.

"Where were you kid? You got us both worried!"

Said Adriana.

"And what happened to your eye? Why are you wearing an eye patch?!"

Said Ray

"Ah… it's been a wild adventure. That felt like 10 days!"

"Don't change the topic. You were indeed missing for 10 days, where were you and what were you doing? And what is up with your left eye?"

"I've been, in another universe. Fighting zombies and stuff like that. I smell like it… wait… I'm not smelly at all!"

"Ramsey, sweetheart don't change the topic. Where on earth were you and what happened to your eye?"

Said Adriana.

"I'm not kidding. I was indeed in another universe. And for my eye… look!"

He took off the eye patch.

"Look! I'm fine! This eye patch is literally just for Fashion! My eye is doing good! Don't worry… both of you… I'm good, I swear."

Adriana And Ray couldn't help much but hug him. He is there, he is safe. He probably won't tell them the truth that's what they thought. They don't know that a whole planet died and he lived on that planet.

Speaking of that planet. After 2 years of Ramsey's teleportation to earth. All the Regenerated died. And the virus… got eradicated.

However, for Ramsey, after 1 year of that weird adventure, he started thinking of studying medicine to understand and develop a cure for any pathogen.

But he changed his mind, and he prioritized researching cancer and how it works to help find a cure for cancer.

He still can't and won't forget what happened with h-

"Oh shut up author, Seriously mate, I doubt you would've helped me out there"

Ah, come on Ramsey. You're story's getting to an end!

"Oh, wow! Hello there, you are reading this thing, right? Yeah, you are probably. Well, you do know that Author was literally being lazy for the past few months?"

Yes… like that's obvious you know.

"But seriously, you were planning 20 chapters. Not 15."

Eh, stuff happens.

"Yeah, I guess. I will go live my life peacefully hoping that I don't do something stupid like that ever again."

Said Ramsey's Colleague

"Ah… nothing? Probably I'm speaking to someone on the freaking phone?"

Said Ramsey

"Oh sorry, my bad, my bad."

Ramsey remained silent until his colleague left.

"I told you!"

Oops, my bad, my bad. But good lie you used there. Pretty convincing to be honest.

"Yeah, just end this thing already."
