Anime Summoning in the New World.

A young man walked down the stairs of his school while holding a manga in his hand.

"Holy fuck man! This dude gets 6 chicks in his harem!!"

Widening his eyes at the mere thought of getting so many girls, Nagato Ryuu inhaled crazily.

"Shit! Am I acting like a pervert now??"

Getting scared at how he suddenly reacted to that, he quickly glanced around him checking if anybody looked at his embarrassing actions. But he found out that nobody even put him in their eyes as he walked ahead.

'Yeah of course there's no need to be afraid someone will look at me.'

He shook his head as he knew that being an otaku was not something people liked. Even if they watched anime and stuff, they would hide it and not say anything about it to anyone.

But he was different. Not only did he chose not to hide his love for anime, but he also was the leader of the club Anime and Manga, a club of which he was the only member.

Many people despised him for him being so confident when saying that he was an otaku. Even though he was average and had the same type of body as that of everyone, they still do not talk with him.

That's why he had a habit of talking with himself as it made him feel like he was some protagonist. But too bad, he was just some average Joe with no redeeming qualities.

Breaking his head out of thoughts, he came out of the school building. He saw that everybody was walking together as they went back to their home, not minding them, he started reading the manga in his hands.

It was the latest chapter published and he could not help but wait for the next one to release.

Reading a manga while walking was something he always did, as it made him not look at other people pointing at him and laughing. He had thought of watching anime while walking but that was not possible as he had to look out for cars and the public while traversing.

Just like any other day, he was walking out from the school stepping on the pavement, and enjoying the manga.

Ryuu did not look ahead as the scene in the manga was getting really interesting.

"This villain seems really strong. If there's no plot armor, then the protagonist can only have an early death."

He spoke out.

It seemed that gods must have listened to what he was saying as they mistook it for his wish and gave him a chance.

"HORNNN!!!!"

Suddenly there was a loud horn with the screeching of brakes as he broke his focus from the manga and looked ahead at the pavement.

There was no one standing on the always busy pavement, but that was not what was weird. What was really strange and horrific was that a truck was speeding on the pavement without moving onto the road.

"W-What the hell is going on!!"

He shouted as his legs froze at the mere sight of a large truck right in front of his eyes.

Before he could do anything more, the truck crashed into him and sent him flying into the air.

"THUD!"

A slight falling sound came as a person fell on the grass.

"Hai Hai Hai"

The boy rubbed his butt that felt some pain from suddenly falling on the ground.

"Truck! I was crushed by a truck!"

As if finally remembering something, he stood up hurriedly and checked around himself for any injuries.

"W-What!! T-There's no wounds on me? But I'm sure I felt that a large truck hit me..."

Still stupefied at the situation, he turned to look at the scene. But all he saw were green trees and plants.

"W-Where the hell am I??"

What would you feel if suddenly your surroundings changed and you were in a different place? Think that you slept on your couch in your house, but when you woke up, you were in your neighbour's closet.

That was what Nagato Ryuu felt at the moment.

'Is this a dream? Am I already dead?'

[System Rebooting....]

A cold mechanical female sound came inside his head that made him feel shocked.

Looking around him, he could only see the forest and nothing more.

"Where did that voice come from..."

[System Assigned.]

[Ding!]

[Welcome Host to the New World!!]

"Again!! What is that voice!"

He called out loud as it was making him confused at what was going on with the voice and his surroundings.

[This is the System speaking.]

"System? What's that?"

'Wait...system...I think I've heard of them somewhere-'

Suddenly realizing what the thing he was talking to was, he exclaimed as he jumped on the ground.

"Are you the system?? I'm talking about THE SYSTEM!!??"

[Yes, this is System speaking.]

"Holy fuck!! But what are you doing inside my dream? Am I dreaming of getting a system after I died?"

[No. The host is wrong. You have transmigrated to another world and the System is here to help you.]

Ryuu stood gobsmacked on the spot as he felt his mind blasting apart at what he heard.

'Another world? Did I come to another world? As in ISEKAI??!!'

He widened his eyes and started shouting in the air.

"Are you for real? I got isekai'd?"

[Yes, the system is telling the truth.]

Ryuu froze as he raised his hand and pinched his face hard.

"Aah, it hurts!"

'It's true. It's not a dream!!'

Shaking with excitement, Ryuu yelled out loud.

"Yoohoo!! I GOT ISEKAI"D"

And following his shout came another sound.

"ROOOAARR!!!"

Hearing the roar, he felt a chill run down his spine. He gulped at whatever was roaring that loud.

"Dinosaur? A Monster? Wait system hurry and help me."

Ryuu called out to the system as he was scared that there were monsters in this new world. He would certainly not be able to fight them off and save himself if attacked by them.

[System will start its function...]

[Ding!]

[The host can access the Summoning Function.]

[You get 1 random summon from the anime and manga world.]

"What! I can summon the characters from anime."

He made a stupid face at the function of his system. This seemed...quite far from what he had thought of a system.

"Are you speaking the truth? I can do that!!"

[Host is to believe what the system says and take care of his situation.]

'Yes I gotta survive now, the monster may eat me if it catches me.'

"System, start the random summoning."

A huge hologram appeared in front of him with lots of names and pictures. It suddenly started spinning before he could make out who they were.

[Spin...spin...spin.]

[Ding!]
