Asura awoke to the early morning light streaming through his window. Stretching out his stiff muscles, he quickly got dressed and stepped outside, heading to his usual training spot. After a rigorous training session, he was catching his breath when the tall Uchiha, who typically delivered messages, appeared out of nowhere.
"The clan head has summoned you," the tall Uchiha said, his tone direct as always.
Asura wiped the sweat off his brow and nodded. Without another word, he set off toward the clan head's house, his mind curious about the reason for this sudden meeting.
When he arrived, he was quickly ushered inside. Tajima, the clan head, was waiting, his expression as unreadable as ever.
"What do you need, Lord Tajima?" Asura asked.
Tajima leaned back slightly, folding his arms. "I'm sending a group to propose an alliance to the Fuma Clan. We need more weapons, and I want you to accompany them."
Asura raised an eyebrow, surprised by the request but pleased to be chosen. "I'll do it," he replied without hesitation.
"Good," Tajima said with a nod. "You will find the group ready at the village gates. You're dismissed."
Asura quickly left to meet the group. He saw a mix of familiar and new faces: six regular Uchiha members, Madara—present to learn about alliance negotiations for the future—and the tall Uchiha who usually delivered letters. Seeing the tall Uchiha gearing up for battle was an odd sight, but Asura brushed it off.
Madara spotted Asura approaching and greeted him. "Ready for a trip?" he said with a small grin.
Asura returned the smile. "Always."
The tall Uchiha walked over and eyed Asura for a moment before announcing, "Asura will be the team leader for this mission."
A brief silence passed as the others nodded in acknowledgment. Asura stepped forward. "Alright, let's move out," he said, taking charge.
The journey to the Fuma Clan's village was smooth. They moved at a steady pace, taking appropriate rests along the way. After about four hours, they arrived at the gates of the Fuma Clan's village.
One of the clan's guards immediately spotted them and shouted, alerting the entire village. Within minutes, hundreds of Fuma warriors surrounded the group, weapons drawn, demanding to know their purpose.
Asura calmly stepped forward, his Sharingan gleaming. "We're here to see your clan head," he said, his voice firm.
One of the Fuma members began to protest when suddenly the clan head appeared, silencing him with a raised hand. "And what business do the Uchiha have here?" he asked, his tone wary.
Without a word, Asura reached into his pouch and pulled out a scroll. Tension filled the air as the warriors braced themselves, but Asura simply tossed the scroll toward the clan head, who caught it. After handing it off to a nearby aide to open, the clan head read through its contents. When he finished, a slow smile spread across his face.
"Very well," he said, nodding. "Come in."
The Fuma warriors reluctantly lowered their weapons, and the Uchiha were led into the village. Whispers of confusion and curiosity rippled through the crowd as they wondered what the scroll contained.
Once inside the clan head's house, he turned to Asura. "Is the scroll's content genuine?" he asked, still cautious.
"It is," Asura confirmed.
The clan head seemed to relax a bit. "Alright. What are the terms of this proposed alliance? What do you want from us, and what are you offering in return?"
Asura recalled Tajima's instructions. "We need a steady supply of weapons and your assistance in times of battle," he said. "In exchange, the Uchiha will provide monetary support and aid your clan when needed."
The Fuma leader thought for a moment, then responded, "We can agree to this, but we require the Uchiha's aid in our battles and continued financial support."
Seeing room for negotiation, Asura proposed, "What if the Uchiha clan buys weapons from you at a discounted rate? That way, we can continue supporting you financially, but both sides will benefit."
They spent the next hour haggling over the details, trying to reach a fair agreement. Eventually, they settled on terms that suited both clans, and they each signed a scroll to seal the deal, creating an official alliance.
With their mission complete, the Uchiha prepared to head back. After two hours of travel, they found themselves facing an unexpected situation—Aburame clan scouts. The two groups stared at each other, keeping their distance, but then, without warning, two Uchiha members collapsed.
"What's happening?" Asura exclaimed, activating his Sharingan. He saw tiny bugs crawling over the fallen Uchiha and noticed more bugs moving toward the others.
"We're under attack by bugs!" he shouted, alerting everyone to the Aburame's hidden assault.
Reacting quickly, the Uchiha activated their Sharingan, except for Madara, who didn't possess his yet. Asura launched a wind-style bullet at the Aburame scouts, forcing them to scatter. The skirmish began, with the Aburame trying to maintain distance while the Uchiha sought to close in and land hits.
Asura faced two Aburame at once, quickly activating his lightning armor. The electrical aura paralyzed the bugs, and he sprinted toward his opponents, cutting them down with swift, precise strikes. After dispatching them, he looked around and saw only four Uchiha left standing, including Madara.
Rushing over, he helped Madara take down his opponent before moving to assist the tall Uchiha. To his surprise, he found three dead Aburame at the tall Uchiha's feet. Impressed but with no time to dwell on it, he moved on to help the remaining Uchiha kill the last Aburame scout.
Regrouping, the surviving members began their journey back to the Uchiha village. After an hour of running, they finally arrived. Madara and the other two went to seek medical attention, while the tall Uchiha—surprisingly unscathed—remained as calm as ever.
Asura headed straight to the clan head's house to report. Upon entering, he handed over the alliance scroll and briefed Tajima on the successful negotiation and their skirmish with the Aburame.
Tajima's expression remained stoic, but there was a hint of satisfaction. "Well done," he said. "You're dismissed."
With a respectful nod, Asura left and returned to his home. After a few days of inactivity, he was eager to train again. He practiced for a few hours, testing the limits of his abilities before heading to the river to catch a fish.
After enjoying a simple but satisfying meal, he spent some time meditating, reflecting on the day's events. Finally, with his mind at ease, he lay down and drifted off to sleep, preparing for whatever the next day might bring.
