Ch 326: Evacuations

While Harriet, Luna and recon team 3 are helping the coda village flee.

Kyra is looking into the massive amounts of universes and multiverses.

"Wow... when my parents said I was a product of modern science they weren't kidding. My birth and life in and of it self was a miracle." Kyra says

In the millions of earth worlds there are. Kyra's first was only born in a handful. Then the amount in which she survived into teen years is even less with most versions of her dying as an infant and the tiny amount that survived to high school died to the H1N1 thanks to their weakens immune system leaving only her past life as the only one to get to adult hood.

"We saved 5 people." Itami says to the village chief as the wounded are shown to the chief.

"It's a miracle they are alive." The chief says

"Can they stay in the village?" Itami asks

The chief shakes his head no.

"We must flee while we can we can't take in an elf." The chief says

"Flee?" Harriet asks

"We must." the chief says

"Once a ancient dragon gets the taste for human flesh it won't stop until it's killed." The chief says

Harriet is helping with the residents since it's gonna be a convoy and they are gonna need to defend the civilians.

There is a loud snap. And people start to shout in a Japanese.

"One of the carts was carrying to much, it's axel broke and it's blocking the way." A civilian says behind Harriet who's helping tie stuff down.

Looking to her right since she feels some magic power she sees a blue haired girl run by her.

Harriet pats the mule that's gonna be pulling the cart before running after the young mage.

Harriet sees the mage with Mari treating a girl as a horse on the ground spooks and is about to kick her.

'Is this where I die?' Lelei thinks to herself closing her eyes expecting a lot of pain. before there is a loud thud.

Opening her eyes she sees a girl with dark red hair and emerald green eyes wearing an emerald green cloak like hood.

The horse is on the ground as the redhead brushes some dirt off her shoulder.

"That was a close one huh?" Harriet says as she holds out her hand to help the blue haired mage up.

Lelei looks over to see that the red headed girl had indeed smashed herself into he horse knocking it a few feet back.

"I'm Harriet, a combat mage and hunter. Over there is Luna my girlfriend a healer and magic user herself." Harriet says as Luna gets closer.

"I'm gonna heal the girl first then we will have words." Luna says glaring at Harriet.

"You also know magic?" Lelei asks

"Yep, and judging by your potential Osaka would probably love to have you as a student." Harriet says as she is pushing the fallen over cart out of the way before righting it.

"The wheel broke..." Harriet says as she waves her hand casting a repario fixing it.
