Ch 244: Secrecy.

"So what did we miss?" Harriet asks

"Nothing much miss Simone was just telling us about the history of this place." Luna says

"Oh mom, you probably are enjoying that a lot you love hearing about history." Harriet says

"It is very interesting a lot of weird scenarios came into place to make this historic house." Kyra says

"Grrr Rat." Scooby says before he suddenly is being pet into oblivion by Luna.

"So, any new theories miss huntress?" Lena asks

"Hmm, well since the harvest moon is coming up, and I already ruled out succubi and ghouls. Maybe it's some sort of evil ritual to a demon or dark god of some kind." Kyra says taking a bite.

'Oh, wow I taste some poison intresting... Meh it has no effects on me anyway.' Kyra thinks wondering why the two would try to kill her so openly.

"That can't be?" Simone says

"Your right it really can't be a witch or wizard stupid enough to do something that brazen in the United States would've been hunted down by now. MACUSA takes breaks of the statue of secrecy very seriously." Kyra says causing Simone to flinch by a very tiny amount it's only noticeable to Kyra because of her detection techniques.

'So she is a witch... this makes things more interesting.' Kyra thinks.

"Usually I would say you are wrong and it's a smuggling operation." Velma says

"Or they are looking for the pirates treasure." Fred says

"Which I found by the way." Harriet suddenly interjects.

"Oh right... she did." Fred says

"But after you telling us that Sam and Dean lied to us because we were young kids at the time. I'm starting to think we should do more research." Velma says

"Be careful about where you poke around. Though my name usually has some weight... we can talk about it after the mystery is solved." Kyra says as she looks directly into Simones eyes and the woman very quickly breaks eye contact.

'It's fun messing with them. I wonder when they are going to attack.' Kyra thinks knowing this small adventure is almost over.

'Why is the poison not taking effect!?' Simone thinks looking at the mysterious woman that now make her instincts scream.

'When she first got here she seemed like a normal human but now my instincts tell me to run and my necklace is super heated.' Simone thinks before holding the cat face on the necklace in her hand as it burns her a little.

'What is our god trying to tell me?' Simone wonders looking back up to see the golden eyes stare directly into hers like they can see everything.

'Then her daughter Harriet, what the hell is attached to her waist. It's just radiating magical power. Lena you said the poison would work." Simone thinks in worry.

"Aaahhhh!" A mans voice shouts

"Beau?" Velma asks standing up.

"Let's go check it out." Fred says

Kyra nods running out with them.

"Yay, it's hunting time!" Harriet shouts

"Wait for me!" Luna shouts pulling out a twig.

'She's a witch too! Shit I need to kill them soon.' Simone says as they all leave.

"Lena, we need to prepare the trap. I think Kyra, Harriet, and Luna are witches." Simone says

"Oh dear." Lena says

"It's been awhile since we had a fight like this." Simone says

"Right not since the civil war." Lena says with a feral smile.
