14. Starved

"Easy now little wolf to much can be a bad thing until you get used to it."

"Why do you call me that? Besides the fact that it's blood and discussing why would it be bad I'm a Lycian and we drink blood."

"Well LITTLE WOLF you don't drink or else you would be a lot stronger, and you didn't think it was so discussing a second ago. I call you little wolf cause I didn't know your name and you are little and a wolf."

"Well points for originality. All I had come up with was HIM. And a matter of fact, I'm not little most wolves are half my size. Also I have never had the need for blood thank you very much."

"Your wolf is small compared to mine., That I can assure you."

He started laughing at me again. I know I'm not that funny, but ill take it. Just to hear him laugh again. As cheesy as it sounds it become my favorite song. I could watch him all day but my stomach had other plans it grumbled and twisted. Damn I was hungry. He took one last look at me and with a chuckle walked to the stove. Did he hear my tummy grumbles, how embarrassing. Can't say how I didn't smell it before. The second he opened the oven the most delicious mouth watering smell hit my nose. It was just a simple roasted chicken and veggies dish, but I was so hungry. He couldn't put it on a plate fast enough. I swear it's been days sence I had a bite to eat. I was really beging to wonder how long I was unconscious. He placed a plate in front of me, and just looked at me with a content smile. God he was handsome I could look at him all day, but right now I had mission. Digging in I swear it's the best food I ever tasted, but the moment was short lived. I had only taken a few bites when a piercing pain shot through my head. I dropped the fork I was holding and grab my head hoping to reduce the pressure, it didn't help. I could her Azrael yelling to me, but I couldn't focus. Then as fast as it came it was gone.

"Sol! Sol! SOLARIS! What's happening are you alright? Answer me!."

The pain was gone, but Azrael was shacking me so hard I could my head wobbling back and forth.

"STOP! I'm fine it passed."

"What the fuck just happen?"

"I don't know my head just….."

Then it hit me again pain shooting through my head this time there was a ringing loud and high pitched. Grabbing my head I stood up and tried to walk way to someone somewhere anywhere to make it stop. Azrael was glued to my side frantic it kind of scared me more to see him worried. The pain got more intense like there something pushing against my skull trying to get out. My legs gave out and Azrael once again caught me before I hit the floor. He sat me down so I was sitting on my knees his arms wrapped around me trying to do anything he could to soothe me. Hunch over on my self I waited for it to end, then I heard someone calling to me. It was a girl's voice calling my name it got clear the more I focused on it. The pain dulled I managed to look up and see Reign.

"Solaris, SOLARIS! oh my god it actually worked. Sol are you alright where are you.?"

"Reign?"

"Yes where are you? You've been gone three days no word. I went to your apartment it looked like you haven't been there in awhile, I did a spell to find you."

"So your not a spirit?"

"No, but you look out of it. Are you hurt? Where are you do you need help? I can come get you."

"I was fine till your spell ripped my brain into."

"I'm sorry I just have been having nightmares and really bad feelings about you being in trouble. I had to know if you was alright and you wasn't answering your phone."

"Well thanks for thinking of me I went somewhere to find answers I was fine till your spell turned my brain into scrambled eggs now please end it I will call you when I'm done here."

"Okay yeah I'm so so sorry Sol I was just worried, as long as you're okay."

"I'm fine now please end it Reign it's to painful."

Just like that she was gone the pain was gone. The world came back into focus around me Azrael help me to one of the kitchen table chairs. Have I really been here three days? Was I unconscious that long no wonder I was literally starving. I need to get serious and get down to the bottom of why I came looking for him. Answers! I need answers, I can't let these feelings mind or body distract me anymore.

"Solaris are you okay answer me please.'

Azrael's plea brought me back to the hear and now.

"Azrael…"

"Ugh.. What the hell just happened?"

"We need to talk."

"Of course."

"Will you answer truthfully."

"Yes. First tell me what happened."

"Nothing Reign did a spell to try and find me she was worried."

"Who's Reign is she a witch?"

"Yes is that a problem?"

"I'm not sure something I'll look into. You had some questions?"
