Chapter 3

Lorain

We stared at a very angry Alpha Hunter who was growling and his eyes were very dark. He was looking scary and ... very hot.

"What the hell you two are doing here," he growls.

Who is he to ask?

"We were hugging," I said stating the obvious while narrowing my eyes, which made him growl more.

He gave us one last look and left.

What's his problem?

Me and Lucas went to our own room. I entered my room, it was spacious like my old room. I decided to shower but then I remembered that I don't have any clothes.

A knock on the door snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Come in," I said not minding who came.

The door opened and a beautiful, tall and slim lady entered. She had blonde hair and blue eyes she looked like she was in her 20s.

"Hey! you must be the new girl-" I cut her off by telling her my name.

"Lorain and you?" I asked.

"I am the female Beta, Christina," she said.

Oh, so that's why I can sense power coming from her.

"Nice to meet you," I said.

"You too, actually I'm here to give you your new clothes," she said handing me my new clothes.

She must have noticed me when I was entering my room and didn't find my appearance very attractive.

"Thank you, Christina I really needed it," I said.

"No problem and please call me Tina, Christina is a very big name," she said.

"Of course," I said.

I took my clothes which were in a bag and we promised to meet again then she left.

I opened the paper bag and her choice were very good but a little too revealing.

In the paper bag was a 2 piece it was a baby pink hauler top and a very short pencil skirt of the same colour.

Too formal.

I went in the bathroom and it looked very good and decent, I stripped and entered the shower. When I was done I dried my body with a towel which was on the counter.

I dressed in the clothes which Tina gave me and it really suited me, it hugged my curves very perfectly.

I brushed my teeth with a spare brush I found.

When I was done, I opened the door and outside the room. I decided to check on Lucas. I knocked on his door. The door opened and there was Lucas standing in black jeans and a loose grey shirt.

Beta must have given him it.

Him and Hunter resemble a lot not just with the appearance but with the attitude too.

I was still thinking but someone voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Earth to Lorain," said Lucas.

I scowled at him and he just chuckled.

"So, what are we going to do Lucas?" I asked.

I don't know what will happen. I will ask Alpha Hunter to let us call our parents so we can tell them that we are safe.

"I don't know," said Lucas.

I shared my idea with Lucas and he told me that I should do it as I am his mate and he will listen me.

"He won't listen to me, it's like he doesn't care that I'm his mate," I said Lucas.

But I am not sure what I was saying was true or not.

"But somehow you are his mate and I know later you both will feel something like something is pulling you towards him trust me its the best feeling," he said.

I knew why Lucas was telling me all this. He also had his mate but she died in a car accident the day they first met and she was a human. Lucas was so depressed. I feel very sorry for him, I really do.

"I don't know Lucas I just want to be independent and I just want to let go, let moon goddess decide what to happen," I explained Lucas.

We both stare at each other completely confused and depressed. We still don't know if our family is okay. And we want to go back to our pack. Lets see where our trail takes us to...
