Forest of Secrets

'I can't believe I'm supposed to look like these little ants.' Mongo disgusted by the idea changed into a man not older than Forty, he wanted to blend in with this type of people, time had moved and things were different as many buildings had been built where a green land was thriving, Mongo was just disgusted by how his land had been desecrated by the ones he called "ants." he went into the restaurant to find something to eat, even though he was demon didn't mean he didn't know how things operated anymore. even back then restaurants existed and he knew that he'd have to pay just to get a meal but hey he was demon and he can't take orders from a mere mortal. Mongo went straight through the back entrance and into the kitchen, he helped himself to some raw chicken which was about to be grilled. The employees called their boss and he witnessed a barbaric seen, "Get out of my restaurant you psycho, I'll get you arrested for that." the owner was a fat old man with an attitude that told Mongo that he was tired of living, oh well lucky him. Mongo turned and left the building leaving the employees screaming as they saw the lifeless body of their boss, they didn't see anything except their boss falling to the ground headless...

James and Elizabeth had left the pack with no one but Ulrich knowing their destination, they had started off about three full moons ago. They didn't want to attract any attention so they left in disguise with Elizabeth playing the pregnant but whining wife and James as the lazy but reliable husband, it was an adventure of a century as the forest of secrets was located on the other part of the country. They were 15% into their journey when they came across a couple, fighting about who has a problem and by the looks of things it was the husband who was the problem as the wife seem to remind him that he couldn't keep it in his pants and so Elizabeth decided to intervene and restore peace before hell broke lose for the man.

"Hello please stop arguing, it's not very good as to a woman and man fighting publicly." Elizabeth said looking at the woman the entire time that she didn't notice the man's lustful looks, "I don't intend to make a scene but this goofball here decided to sleep with my Aunt and has the guts to pin it on me saying I'm too shallow." Elizabeth didn't expect to hear something like that, she was shocked that almost fell over a rock until the same man grabbed her waist to steady her but he had other intentions as he started to bring his hands to hips but then was stopped by a firm hand and an animal growl that made the man pee in his pants right there. His wife was the first to let her laughter out followed by Elizabeth and finally James, "look at you, not so manly now huh." his wife teased which made his face look like he ate something bad. They continued their journey after that little amusement they had encountered and they had stopped for some food earlier and now they where on the way to the river of mysteries.

It was said that no one bathed in the river of mysteries as it was the darkest river in the history of rivers. These waters were the same waters that mother Lunar bathed in the night that she created the first ware, and so people were afraid that if someone had bathed in that river he/she would lose their blessings and maybe their life but for some reason this river was calling out to them, and moreover they didn't know that they had just entered the forest of secrets. "Hey are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Elizabeth asked James with a mischievous smile on her face. James couldn't even get a response out before she tugged his harm under hers and jumped in the river while holding onto his hand, when they made contact with the water, they froze as white light emanated from underneath the water making it's way to the surface. "We've been waiting for you chosen one, welcome to the forest of secrets. I am Alura, keeper and protector of the river of mysteries." an Angelic figure was hovering over the water at about two fit high, they were dumbfounded and excited at the same time. "You know who I am?" James asked still not believing his eyes. "I was the one who gave Lunar the gift of creation, come Lunar awaits your arrival.".....
