"No, Peter" She quickly breathed out. "Thank you"

Peter had proved to be nice by helping Cari get settled in his house. Always there to lend a hand when she needed it. He does not want her to feel awkward about staying in the same building alone with him.

As for Cari, everything had happened like a dream to her. Starting from meeting Pete in Brie's place right to the moment she got into his house to live with him. It all happened so fast and easy that it still felt unreal.

"If you need anything, please let me know" He said politely after showing her the bedroom she would be using. It was the same bedroom she had slept in the last time she was at his place, drunk and tired.

Ever since she met Pete, she can't lie about the fact that her life had changed in some ways. She seem to be more conscious of how weird she actually was from birth and at the same time feel safe with her weirdness.
