“Amazing? Stunning? Spectacular?” Nancy remarked, looking up at them. "Woohoo, you're on fire!" The younger lady fanned herself with her hand after putting her baby in the carrier next to her.

"She is unquestionably all of those things...and more," Carl's gaze moved over her body, and she felt her cheeks heat up.

“Carl?” remarked a voice from behind them.

"Mother," Carl said, nodding to the elderly woman. He let go of Ellen, but drew her close to him. "Please allow me to introduce Ms. Ellen Brown." Carl from the New Stone Rock family. Isabel Mayfair, this is my mother, Ellen."

"How are you, Ma'am?" Ellen stuttered and glanced down at the ground. "I appreciate you having me here. "Congratulations on your birthday."

"Donald, please," the elder lady, who was dressed in a stunning floor-length silver gown, said with a little bow. "Your being here honors me." And call me Isabel," she said as she bent down and kissed her on the cheek. "Is it a vintage Valentino?"
