“I’m mostly worried I’m going to be like a bull in a, well, an antique store,” Gage admitted.
“That’s understandable. But you know, once you’ve actually had a chance to spend time in the store, that’ll go away. I mean, think about it. Most of the pieces are older than we can ever hope to be. They’ve lasted this long, not just because somebody took care of them—which is important, don’t get me wrong—but because of how well made they are. All that furniture? A lot sturdier than anything you can buy on the market today. It’s all real wood, so it’s heavier and harder to damage.”
