"Alex is not picking up my call!"

Lucas said standing near the entrance, as Amelia sat there with a hamburger in her hands, she looked up just to meet Lucas's annoyed eyes, he was beyond shocked that how come this girl is eating in this situation, While Amelia just flashed him an awkward smile, she can't control on her hungry self

"Are you really a human?!"

"Ahem, you know, I'm really tense and that's why I'm eating, it's..... it's just I can't help"

Swallowing the burger down her throat, Amelia replied to him, before turning her expression into a serious one, getting up she walked towards him and spoke again

"I also called him a while ago but he didn't pick up! maybe he's busy with something because he never ignores my call!"

"Hmm, let's just wait until he calls back!"

Nodding his head Lucas spoke making Amelia nod in return, approving what he said

Lucas was calling Alexander for the last 1 hour, first, he didn't pick up and then his phone went powered off, Lucas thought maybe his phone's battery died, while actually his phone just died, when Alexander was tearing apart everything here and there his phone also got in the middle and got broke

Lucas went on the other side of the boat while Amelia sat down on the couch while thinking, it was the second day she was here, and she already got caught in this problem, Amelia was not afraid of her father she just didn't want to ruin Alexander's plan, he just told her that he had a plan in mind but didn't utter what plan, And Amelia being a supported friend, She just agreed,

There wasn't just his advantage but Amelia's too.

"Uncle Oliver, how's your searching going? did you found her?"

Loren was standing on her balcony, looking at the beautiful view of those mountains which looks Little from this far, her phone rang getting her attention, she grabbed her phone from the table before answering the call, without any greeting she directly asked Oliver about his daughter while the person spoke seriously from the other side

"Not yet! but soon, can pass you the phone to Alexander? I tried calling him but his gone is dead!"

Oliver was calling Alexander as he had to talk about something with him but he didn't pick up his call, how could he, when his phone was torn apart, not having any other option Oliver had to call his sister so that he can talk to him

"Sorry uncle! he isn't home yet!"

Loren spoke with her raised eyebrows, being all innocent as if she didn't know anything that where her brother is at, Oliver hang up the call after saying good night, Loren gaze at her phone before turning her gaze up looking at the scenery in front of her sights

She couldn't get that scene out of her mind, the scene of what happened earlier, How come her brother changed like that, he had never talked to her like that before, even if he hates her now but what he did today was scary

Growing up Loren and Alexander never had that perfect sibling relationship, they always use to fight over light things, but when Alexander left for his studies, he even stopped talking to her, these six years he never called her, not even once, he just use to call his father and that's it, and when he came back he had that extreme hatred inside him, and maybe what came out today was also some hate he had been carrying with him

Loren was deep in her thoughts when her phone buzzed in her hand, shifting her attention towards her phone she opened the messages she just got and a victorious smirk appeared on her face.

She was happy to see, what she wanted to see.

The sun rises upon the sky shining bright, Loren sat there on a massive dining table, all alone she accompanied her own self, eating her breakfast,

Turning her gaze towards the side as she heard some footsteps coming downstairs and then towards the kitchen,

She looked down again as soon as Alexander entered the kitchen,

Seeing the lady he didn't want to see right now, he could have got annoyed by her presence but no, he was all calm as if nothing happened yesterday as if he didn't shout at her, as if he didn't break the table with his leg, he walked towards one of the counters and grabs the already arranged breakfast,

He already knew it wasn't something his sister made but the maid, it was their daily routine, they wake up, eat and leave, without uttering a word to each other, they were related by their blood but their actions toward each other were beyond strangers

Pick up the tray he sat down on the table, ignoring the presence of his sister who was also sitting there with him, he starts to dig in.

"Yesterda-"

"Before you say something!..... I'm not in the mood to hear your voice so please!"

Loren just sealed her mouth right there and nodded, she doesn't want to create same scene as yesterday, she just gave him the time to get himself together,

They ate their breakfast peacefully without any sound, Loren stood up to go but before talking a step further she stopped and spike making Alexander look at her

"Whatever was that last night.... just don't do that again!"

Without looking at Alexander she spoke and went outside, while Alexander sat there looking at her back which vanished soon from his sights, he looked down at the food again and place the fork down beside the plate gently, and a big sigh left his mouth as his right hand went up to his forehead massaging it, while his left hand turned into a tight fist as he was about to punch the table with his fist but stopped himself, he didn't want to repeat anything, getting up, leaving his half of the food untouched he also went outside.

The only thing he could think right now was not to make the same mistakes, he didn't want his life to go back in that dark state, he didn't want himself to be kept in the cage again!~
