"Betrayal?"

"What did you say? He came here drunk last night?!!"

"Yes"

"But why!!"

Loren asked again with her shocked face while Dom replied calmly

"I don't know!"

"Didn't you ask him!!?"

Hearing the *I don't know* made Loren tamper shot as she asked again in her firm voice while Looking at her furious face Dom just smiled again before speaking further

"Don't be mad at me!"

*Be mad at your own self* he thought before continuing further

"I asked him but he said he doesn't remember anything"

Loren let out an annoyed sigh after hearing Dom, she knows even if Alexander remembers everything he wouldn't tell anyone and that's his old habit

Keeping everything to himself.

Alexander didn't want Loren to know about him getting drunk and ended up at Dom's house and here without any intention, Loren knows everything

"I didn't want to be mad at you it was just... anyway....."

This was Loren's apology without the word sorry Loren apologized for being rude to Dom, she was being nice just because at some point in her life Dom was her friend but now it didn't seem like before

Seeing Dom showing a little nod of his head Loren continued further

"Anyway, I was here for a reason!"

"Need any help?"

Hearing her words Dom raised his eyebrows and let out a chuckle, directly getting on the point he asked if she needed his help or something, whereas Loren wasn't surprised by his reply

She knows that Dom already had an idea that why she was here because everyone who needed help comes to Dom and she was here for the same reason

Loren nodded his head, making Dom chuckle again as he continued with his words

"Wow! look who wants my help, Miss Loren Liam"

"Stop being dramatic!"

As much as Dom liked Loren he also knew her doings well enough, Loren was someone who doesn't really ask for help, that's why she came here this late because now having no other option but Dom she just had to

Dom tried being a little dramatic while Loren spoke seriously making him nod as that smile on his face never left

"So? help with what?"

"Amelia! I guess you already know everything right?!"

Sitting in her usual manner one leg on another Loren spoke calmly, it wasn't surprising seeing Dom nod at her words before he spoke

"I know! but what do you want from me?"

"Find Amelia! I need her location!"

The atmosphere was more than just serious, tilting his head Dom asked whereas Loren spoke with her chin up looking like a queen who can rule on anything

"I'll try!.. can't guarantee anything"

"Dom! I. Don't. want. betrayal!"

Dom spoke uninterested making Loren crazy mad, she spoke pointing out each word of her strictly letting Dom know if he tried to betray her! it would be the end of everything for him

She isn't here just to play she means her every word and she owns the authority of making her every word true

Dom didn't show any response and just stared at her blankly while Loren held the burning expressions. it was all silence no one dared to say a word until Dom finally let out a word

"Betrayal?"

A bitter smile appeared on his face as he spoke questionably while raising his eyebrows before turning his sights down and looking at the floor he just shook his head before continuing further

"Don't worry I'm not like you!"

His words were sharp more than a knife which felt like slashing Loren's ego, Loren knew well what he meant by his every word but she didn't care, without replying to him she stood up ready to leave

"And I'm not blind like you"

But before leaving Loren let out her words which make Dom look up at her, her poker face showed no emotions. walking towards the exit she left his house got in her car and drove away

Whereas Dom just sits still at the same place with the same intense atmosphere, the atmosphere which starts from the light and ended up gloomy

They all had so many secrets so many misunderstandings so many misconceptions

"I need something to eat I'm starving here!"

"Oh yeah, I forgot! I bought some snacks for you maybe I forget all of those on the boat"

Amelia just came out of the kitchen after shearing for food but didn't find anything, standing beside the couch where Lucas was seated as his eyes glued on his phone playing some game

Looking at him with her annoyed face Amelia spoke in dejection whereas Lucas replied to her dramatically speaking fluent sarcasm while his eyes didn't leave his phone's screen which made Amelia roll her eyes before pulling his phone out of his hands

Lucas glared at her madly while Amelia just walked back to the other couch and sat down putting one leg on the other with a smile plastered on her face

She was starving for so long now because Lucas didn't give her anything to eat and now her inner hungry beast was coming out

Lucas just stared at her in annoyance while Amelia had her evil smile on her face. she looked at his phone which was in her hand and put it on the floor before placing her foot on top of it, wearing the boots if she was really about to step on it with those boots then these were the last moments of that phone.

"Have you gone mad? take off your foot from my phone!"

"If you didn't give me anything to eat! I'll crush this shit!"

Lucas stood up as he spoke madly looking at his phone which was about to get crushed while Amelia replied to him in a whisper enough for him to hear

All these days Lucas lived with Amelia, at this point he surely knows about her hunger and how she gets when she doesn't get what she wants, Lucas just shook his head before going towards the kitchen
