The Children of Thanos Part 3

The A.I.M. base here is the most established, making it the second largest base in this organization.

It is a hidden base on a mountain.

Psylocke had just received a call from Alex telling her about the situation Emma had found.

"What happened?" Jessica asked Psylocke seeing that she ended the call.

"Looks like Emma ran into some aliens when they went to destroy the A.I.M. base and he wants us to be careful" Psylocke answered calmly.

"I see, so we continue with our mission?" Jessica asked again.

"Yeah, let's just be careful" Psylocke answered as she nodded.

And so, they head towards the A.I.M. base.

As they walk toward the base, Psylocke does a psychic scan of the place, stopping when she notices a problem.

She realizes that inside the base she cannot feel the people of A.I.M., she only feels the presence of two living beings and they are not human.

"Is something wrong?" Jessica asked noticing Psylocke's actions.

She also feels uncomfortable, since even when they approached this base, no one has come out to stop them.

"Looks like someone got ahead of us and destroyed this place" Psylocke said with a serious expression.

"Who are they?" Jessica asked.

"I don't know, but they are strong since they killed everyone and they are only two" Psylocke said as she shook her head.

A few minutes later, they arrive at the entrance of the place.

And they see a place in ruins and destroyed.

Looking at the surroundings, they continue to walk around the place since, apart from taking down this organization, they also have to take all relevant information about this place.

As they walked through the interior of the place, Psylocke stops and says:

"They're coming closer"

Hearing her words, the group stops and puts on solemn expressions.

And in that, they hear footsteps and a calm voice that says:

"Looks like there are still survivors, this is good since you guys will tell me where is what I'm looking for"

At that moment, Psylocke and Jessica's group finally see the appearance of the two people who speak to them.

They are two slender humanoid beings, one has a spear and wears armor, the other walks gracefully and looks at them indifferently.

They are the Children of Thanos.

And if Alex were there, he would recognize them.

They are Corvus Glaive and Ebony Maw.

Seeing these beings, Psylocke and Jessica realized that they were in a situation very similar to Emma's.
