"Oops, looks like they followed me" Captain Marvel said in a calm tone.

The Collector gives her a blank look.

The others are also speechless at Captain Marvel's calm tone.

While everyone is shocked by that, they had forgotten about the receptionist Carina, who had approached the Stone.

Rocket notices that and pointing his energy gun at her says:

"Hey, stay away from that!"

His words catch the attention of everyone who also looks at Carina.

"What are you doing? Fool, that's not something you can understand" the Collector said a little annoyed.

But Carina does not stop and grabs the Power Stone that releases terrifying amounts of energy that threaten to destroy everything around them.

"I won't be your slave anymore" Carina said with a look full of hate as her body began to destroy itself as it couldn't stand the energy.

"Protect us!" Gamora said to the Sentinel, who transformed into a large shield.

They all moved quickly and hid behind the Sentinel.

Seconds later, a huge explosion occurs, destroying everything in the place.

That explosion draws the attention of the Kree and the Chitauri, who begin to head towards that place.

After that explosion is over, a shield can be seen that transforms back into the Sentinel and behind it, Gamora's group, the Collector, and Captain Marvel.

"Shit, that was dangerous" Peter Quill said as he approached the Stone and without directly touching it placed it inside the orb.

"You sure don't know how to control your people" Captain Marvel said to the Collector.

"Shut up, that's not your problem" The Collector said irritably.

"We better get out of here, the Kree and Chitauri should be heading this way by now" Peter Quill said with a serious look.

"You're right. Our deal is off Collector, I already have someone in mind who is more worthy of this Stone and will pay us handsomely" Gamora said.

Once she leaves this place, she will communicate with Alex to see if he will agree to her bringing the gem to him.

"Oh, I don't care, you guys have already caused me so much trouble, sometimes I hate not being able to fully see future events" a depressed Collector said.

"I already told you to give it to me, that way you won't have any problems" Captain Marvel said.

"No, you won't pay us" Rocket said flatly.

Captain Marvel is speechless, since what he said is true, she hardly has units for any little treat she wants to give herself.

And just then, an object flies by and hits Captain Marvel sending her crashing into the wall.

Everyone is surprised.

"You really are so slippery and troublesome that you even sought help from that woman, it seems I underestimated you" the one who spoke was Ronan who, while picking up his Universal Weapon, looked at them with a cold smile.

And before Ronan could attack them, Gamora says:

"Sentinel, activate Berserker Protocol"

The Sentinel's eyes sparkle and its lean body becomes slightly muscular.

"Berserker Protocol activated, initiating attack" the Sentinel said in a mechanical voice.

Everyone is surprised by Gamora's robot change.

The Collector even looks at it with eyes of desire.

Ronan, on the other hand, is different, he simply gives it a look full of disdain.

But his expression changes when the Sentinel moves.

The Sentinel moves at a frightening speed that Ronan barely registers and punches him, sending him crashing into a spaceship and producing a huge explosion.

The Berserker Protocol is a project created by Riri and Maya in which the Legion Sentinel breaks its limits and can use more than one Mutant ability already registered in its system.

But of course, that has a downside. Once it runs out of power, the Sentinel will be inactive for 48 hours.

The Sentinel rises into the sky and before it chases after Ronan, Gamora gives it an order.

"Come back once I'm in the spaceship"

The Sentinel just says:

"Understood"

"Damn, I really want one of those" Rocket said still in shock.

Drax and Peter Quill nod their heads in agreement with his words.

The Collector falls silent, lost in his own thoughts.

At that moment, Captain Marvel returns flying surrounded by cosmic energy.

"Where is that bastard?" she asked with a cold tone of voice.

"He went in that direction" Peter Quill answered as he pointed to where large explosions were heard.

"Don't leave this place without me" talking up to there, she went out to find Ronan.

"You know, I kind of feel sorry for that guy" Peter Quill said.

"Stop talking nonsense and let's go, even though Legion is stopping Ronan and the Kree, there are still the Chitauri and we don't know if Thanos has sent one of his children" Gamora said as she started running towards her spaceship.

And at that moment, as if they heard Gamora's words, a group of Chitauri are waiting for them outside the spaceship.

All of them being led by Proxima Midnight.

"Long time no see Gamora. Father really wants you to come back, he said he will forgive your betrayal if you give him the Stone" Proxima Midnight said with a cold smile.

"Hmph, what Thanos wants to do is create a massacre with this power, and I'm not going to be a part of it" Gamora said as she looked at her with a cold gaze.

"I see, it's really a pity, so I have no choice but to get it from your corpse. Attack them!" Proxima Midnight said as she ordered the Chitauri to attack.

Peter Quill, Rocket, and Groot seek cover to avoid the Chitauri's gunfire and fight back.

Gamora lunges at Proxima Midnight and kicks her, Proxima Midnight defends herself using her spear and they continue fighting while ignoring the others.

Drax, using his daggers, begins to destroy the Chitauri, supported by Peter Quill and Rocket's shots.
