Future Part 2

"In that vision of the future I saw you, Alex" Irene said.

"..."

I was stunned.

The other Council members were just as stunned.

"Explain Irene" a serious Mystique said.

"In those images from the future, I saw an older Alex sitting on a throne. The most striking thing was the gauntlet he wore on his left hand" Irene explained.

"A gauntlet?" Polaris asked.

"Yes, it was very strange as it released great power from the six stones embedded in it" Irene said nodding her head.

Everyone in the room was thoughtful.

On the other hand, I was surprised. From Irene's description of the gauntlet, I knew it was the Infinity Gauntlet.

But why did I have it then? Also, it seems I can actually use it.

I look at Irene and ask her curiously:

"If that's all, then why did you feel bad and didn't want to tell me yesterday?"

Irene looks at me and answers:

"I didn't like the Alex in that vision, he had an emotionless look, as if everything around him was fake. Also, in my vision he was alone with no one by his side"

Everyone fell silent.

"That's it? I thought it was something more, but at least I know that in the future I will look great" I said in a carefree way.

Irene is speechless.

"Doesn't it bother you what I told you about your future?" she asked.

"Not really, that's just a possible future and nothing more. There's only one important thing about that vision..." I answered.

"What thing?" Irene asked me.

Looking at her seriously, I ask her:

"Did I still look handsome in that future?"

Irene is speechless for a few seconds at my question and letting out a small laugh says:

"Hehehe, you're really silly Alex"

"Sometimes I wonder if it was a good decision to follow you" Magneto said letting out a sigh.

"I wonder if our child will be like you, that would be a problem" a worried Wanda said.

"I guess it's your attitude that makes it fun to follow you" Domino said.

"Hey, my question is very important" I said with feigned anger.

Thus, we ended the meeting and it seems that Irene was in better spirits.

Arriving at my office, I was thoughtful about the visions of Irene.

From the first vision I have a rough idea of who the time traveler is, especially if he has the title of conqueror.

It's Kang the Conqueror.

That guy always gets involved in the past for his own benefit.

As for the second vision, it is a little more problematic.

It's almost like an evil future self, but why?

The only way is that I have lost everything.

But if so, having the Infinity Gauntlet I could bring everything back.

Deactivating my 'Hysteria Mode', I stop thinking about it and decide to relax, after all that is the problem of a future me.
