Corridor

As Takeuchi stares at the end of corridor, he wondered what kind of things a wait them in there as he and his classmates can only see glimpse of white at the end of it.

"Great!" said Murakami, sounding sarcastic. "More walking,"

"More walking is great for us!" said Yoshihama, cheering him up. "Let's go!"

I hope it will be over soon... Takeuchi thought.

The dimly lit corridor had a really smooth surface as if it was built with material from their world, with a crystal lamp at the top, making the atmosphere along the way filled with tension as something want to come out suddenly.

The only sound accompanying them was the rhythmic tapping of their footsteps, echoing and reverberating throughout the entire corridor.

"Damn! This corridor really was spooky!" said Uchimura after a while of silence.

"Scary!" said a small girl with a trembling voice. She seemed to shiver from the atmosphere around the corridor.

And her name was Mizutani Aoba, while holding Miya's hand, one can tell that she was deeply attached to her.

Although Takeuchi had never interacted with her, he noticed that she and Miya got along very well.

In fact, people referred to her as Miya's best friend.

Even though she had wavy hair that gave her a soft and fresh look, and was as tall as Miya with dark purple eyes that made her face look even cuter.

Takeuchi couldn't shake the feeling that something ominous might be lurking around her.

Maybe that was just my feeling, but I still couldn't help but feel uncomfortable... Takeuchi thought as he looks at them both.

"Yeah, it was kinda strange, too. maybeee, maybe there was monster hiding in there, hehehe." Miya teased.

"Stop it! Miya!" Mizutani said, sounding a bit angry.

With grinning evil Miya replied. "Ohh, do you get scare Mizutani? Hihihi"

Just as Mizutani want to rebuke her suddenly, out of nowhere, a slim young man appeared behind them and shamelessly shouted,

"Hey, hey, hey! Don't worry, ladies! Don't fight with each other because I was here! Hahaha!"

After calming the shocked because sudden shouted they both look at the one who causing it and shouted at the same time. "Disgusting!"

"Ouch, that was hurt!" said a slim young man as his shoulders dropping, seemingly hurting about his feeling.

Fukuyama Masami had a thin and gentle-looking face, with short trendy hair, and seems to be an energetic person.

He was one of those manga fanatics who always talked about his favorite manga to people around him, besides being a little bit perverted he was sometimes a funny person too.

One day Takeuchi was bored and decided to look for something new, so he borrowed manga from him and Fukuyama recommended him a bunch of them.

Seem excited when he was talking about it, but for Takeuchi who was non-manga reader he doesn't really understand Fukuyama taste in manga but the more he read manga which he recommended to him the more he knew that Fukuyama was kind of weirdo in good way.

My condolences, comrade... Takeuchi thought, feeling sorry for Fukuyama.

As they walked for some time, they came across a set of short staircases leading to a bright light at the end of the tunnel.

The light was too intense to see what was beyond it, but he could feel the fresh air coming from that direction.

"I think we have reached the end," Yoshihama said, smiling as he looked at the staircase.

"Finally, after so long!" said Murakami, seemingly relieved.

Well, this is it, I wondered what would be at the top... Takeuchi thought.

Then came the couple's echoing footsteps, the sound rushing up the staircase.

"Hey, wait, we should-" Nagata began, trying to say something. but Nagata's sentence was cut short as everyone seemed excited to see what the end of the corridor was.

"Whoa!" exclaimed Fukuyama.

"Yuuuhuu, freedom!" shouted Uchimura.

"Everyone needs to see this!" said Miya, seemingly stunned by what she saw.

A few shouts from his classmates made Takeuchi even more curious about what they had just seen.

"What-where are we?" said Yoshihama after finally getting out.

With the last step of the staircase, the night sky greeted Takeuchi with shining stars decorating its body.

A strong breeze blew against his face and body, blowing his clothes away a bit.

Then he looked up in awe and saw two moons shining bravely among the stars.

They looked beautiful from where he was standing.

They were two moons, just like the emblem on the podium rooms. where are we... Takeuchi thought in awe and confusion at the same time.

Both moons were glowing, and so does the moonlight underneath.

And because of the moonlight, he can clearly see among the trees in front of him that there was a forest far away.

And a river which cutting through it, crossing a wide plain and forest. Seeing this, he realized that they were standing on the hill.

"Beautiful," muttered Nagata, seemingly in awe.

"I think, I think we were transported to another world." exclaimed Tanimoto almost like whispering. "Look everyone, do you think it possible that there was two moon? Of course, it wasn't. I think, I think we were in different world from earth!."

"It was strange. why there were two moons?" said Nagata ignoring what Tanimoto said, as she look at the moons feeling confused but also in awe.

"I told you, I told you, it wasn't our world," Tanimoto exclaimed, seemingly overwhelmed by the fact that there were two moons.

Sigh, I don't know if that was a good thing or not... Takeuchi thought seems pondered in thought.

"Alright, I think-" said Yoshihama, pausing seeming to lose his words for a while. "Let's gather."

"Oi! Gather around everyone!" shouted Uchimura. "Gather around!"

The grass on the hill makes Takeuchi feel comfortable as he sits on it, after a while everyone was gather around with Yoshihama who was still standing ready to lead the discussion.

It's one thing to have arrived here, but something else if we don't know where we are or how to get back... Takeuchi thought pondering what kind of situation they were in.

"Alright!" said Yoshihama, took a breath, and then said. "Here is the situation, it was dark now and we were in an unfamiliar area, what we need now is to calm down and try to find a way to survive".

Hearing those sentences from Yoshihama, Takeuchi sighed and felt depressed about the situation they were in.
